B. Digital Class Development

The advancement of ICT can now offer effective and eficient of learning supports at all levels of education and in all ields of knowledge, especially for 21 st century classroom. The classroom is illed with various kinds of learning tools: mobile devices, equipment for tinkering, and other materials as determined by the unique needs of the learners. The Internet and social media allowed people to connect both information and other people. Learning in the 21 st century takes advantage of those networks by encouraging students to make connections with peers, experts, and additional teachers-both locally and globally-in order to enhance their personal learning. Learning becomes connected learning, whereby students develop their own personal educational networks. Those transformations also brought impact to school leadership, teachers, and community. School leaders need to be acquainted with the art and science of ICT integration in order to support the teachers in their school. School leaders and teachers who are open to new ideas, new practices and ICT, to learn how to learn and to understand and accept the need for change. More practice based and need driven. Professional Development is managed at three levels: System, School Individual. For the community, Schools starts engaging local and global communities, facilitated by ICT. Develop partnership with both public and private organizations. School serves as a learning resource for parents and families, and their local communities. SEAMEO Regional Open Learning Center SEAMOLEC, as the center for open and distance education and training in the Southeast Asia, pays a great attention to this advancement. In order to provide teachers in preparing and developing 21 st century classroom, SEAMOLEC conducted trainings and workshops on Digital Class Development for teachers and education personnel. The objective of Digital Class Development program is to accommodate teachers and education personnel to have competence in developing and managing Information and Communication Technology ICT-based learning in their respective institutions. In the end of the program we will have the ICT-based learning model through digital classrooms that can be used by students anywhere and anytime to improve quality, accelerate and expand education access. Implementation SEAMOLEC Digital Class Development program is divided into three segments, i.e. TrainingWorkshop on Digital Class Development-Basic Level, TrainingWorkshop on Digital Class Development-Intermediate Level, and TrainingWorkshop on Digital Class Development-Advance Level. Each of level has speciic objective, as follows:
