B. Digital Class Development
The advancement of ICT can now offer effective and eficient of learning supports at all levels of education and in all ields of knowledge, especially for 21
st
century classroom. The classroom is illed with various kinds of learning tools: mobile devices, equipment for tinkering, and other materials as determined by the unique needs of the learners. The Internet and social media
allowed people to connect both information and other people. Learning in the 21
st
century takes advantage of those networks by encouraging students to make connections with peers, experts, and additional teachers-both locally and globally-in order to
enhance their personal learning. Learning becomes connected learning, whereby students develop their own personal educational networks. Those transformations also brought impact to school leadership, teachers, and community. School leaders need to
be acquainted with the art and science of ICT integration in order to support the teachers in their school. School leaders and teachers who are open to new ideas, new practices and ICT, to learn how to learn and to understand and accept the need for
change. More practice based and need driven. Professional Development is managed at three levels: System, School Individual. For the community, Schools starts engaging local and global communities, facilitated by ICT. Develop partnership with both
public and private organizations. School serves as a learning resource for parents and families, and their local communities. SEAMEO Regional Open Learning Center SEAMOLEC, as the center for open and distance education and training in the
