D. Mahasiswa Penerima Program Beasiswa Student Recipients of the Scholarship Program
Tugas dan tanggung jawab mahasiswa penerima program beasiswa adalah
sebagai berikut: 1. Menandatangani dan mematuhi
perjanjian program
beasiswa dengan STAR BPKP ;
2. Menandatangani dan mematuhi perjanjian
dengan instansinya
terkait mengenai keikutsertaannya dalam program beasiswa;
3. Mengikuti program pendidikan dan mematuhi
ketentuan di
PT Penyelenggara;
4. Setelah lulus
kembali bekerja,
mengimplementasikan hasil pendi- dikannya dalam lingkungan kerja di
instansi bersangkutan; 5. Dalam hal mahasiswa peserta
program beasiswa tidak lulus atau lalai sehingga tidak melanjutkan
proses perkuliahan, mengundurkan diri,
atau drop-out,
bersedia mengembalikan
dana program
beasiswa ke Kas Negara sesuai perhitungan yang akan ditentukan
oleh EA STAR BPKP ; 6. Dalam
hal belum
bisa menyelesaikan pendidikan sampai
dengan masa beasiswa berakhir, maka bersedia menanggung biaya
pendidikan dan
biaya-biaya lainnya dalam rangka penyelesaian
program pendidikan. Duties and responsibilities of students
receiving scholarships program are as follows:
1. Sign and adhere to the agreement signed with the BPKP scholarship
program; 2. Sign and abide any agreement
with the
relevant institution
concerning its participation in the scholarship program;
3. Follow all educational program and comply
with regulatory
requirements in universitiescollege; 4. After graduating returns to work at
the KLPemda
agency, implementing
the educational
outcomes in the the agency concerned;
5. In the case that a particular student fails, or resigns, or bedrop-out,
hereby agreed to return the funds of the scholarship program to the
State Treasury with appropriate calculation determined by the EA
STAR BPKP;
6. In the case that the study cannot be completed by the time the
scholarship period ends, then the particular student will bear the cost
of education and other expenses to finish the study program.

CHAPTER IV PENYALURAN DANA
DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS MECHANISM
A. Struktur Biaya Program Beasiswa Cost Structure of The Scholarship Program
Biaya penyelenggaraan program beasiswa yang ditanggung oleh STAR-BPKP meliputi tunjangan: 1 biaya pendidikan; 2 biaya hidup dan operasional;
3 biaya buku; dan 4 biaya riset, sebagaimana tercantum pada tabel 4.1. The cost of the scholarship program that will be paid by STAR-BPKP include
allowances for: 1 Tuition Fees; 2 Living Cost; 3 Books; 4 and Research, stated in table 4.1.

Note: As stated on contract including the registration cost for entry examination
to universitycollege for participants officialy stated as passed will be reimbursed by STAR-BPKP.
As stated on contract, refer to the SBU standar biaya umum Minister of Finance Decree regarding to the standar of general cost.
Dalam hal standar biaya lebih rendah atau belum mencakup seluruh komponen standar biaya yang berlaku di KLPemda, maka KLPemda
dapat memberikan tambahan biaya kepada mahasiswa peserta program beasiswa STAR sesuai dengan kemampuan anggaran KLPemda.
Mekanisme penyaluran dana tambahan tersebut sepenuhnya merupakan kewenangan KLpemda dan tidak diatur dalam panduan ini.
