pelaksanaan program wajib disusun oleh PT
Penyelenggara. Laporan ini dibuat bersamaan dengan laporan ke tiga
dari tim pengelola. Untuk menjamin laporan akhir pelaksanaan program
beasiswa dibuat dan diserahkan ke Sekretariat STAR BPKP, maka PT
Penyelenggara harus
membuat bank garansi senilai dana pada
pencairan tahap ketiga tersebut, dan
bank garansi
tersebut diserahkan kepada Sekretariat STAR
BPKP. The universitycollege must also

CHAPTER VII SANKSI
SANCTIONS
Pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan maupun penyalahgunaan wewenang yang dapat merugikan negara diterapkan baik bagi personel dalam organisasi
penyelenggara program beasiswa maupun bagi mahasiswa penerima program beasiswa.
Any violation of the provisions or abuse of authority that may put cost burden to the state can be applied to both personnel within the organization executing the
scholarship program as well for students receiving the scholarship program.

Sanksi terhadap
pelanggaran terhadap
ketentuan maupun
penyalahgunaan wewenang
yang dapat
merugikan negara
dapat diberikan dalam bentuk, namun tidak
terbatas pada: Penalties on violation of the provisions or
the abuse of authority that can be detrimental to the state can be given in
the form of, but not limited to:
1. Penerapan sanksi
kepegawaian sesuai
dengan peraturan
dan perundang-undangan pemberhen-
tian, penurunan pangkat; 2. Penerapan tuntutan perbendaha-

B. Mahasiswa Penerima Beasiswa The Recipients of Scholarship
Dalam kasus tertentu, bila mahasiswa melanggar ketentuan dan perjanjian
seperti mengundurkan diri selama waktu proses perkuliahan masih berlangsung
atau tidak melanjutkan kegiatan perku- liahannya lagi atau drop-out, maka
mahasiswa tersebut harus mengganti atau mengembalikan biaya pendidikan
dan biaya hidup ke Kas Negara, Perhitungan kerugian negara dilakukan
dengan memperhitungkan nilai dana yang
sudah dikeluarkan
PT Penyelenggara.
Ketentuan sanksi
dimaksud tidak berlaku di luar faktor keadaan kahar force majeur.
In certain case, when student violate the provisions and agreements, such
as students resign during the program period or does not to study any longer
or drop-out, then the student must return or pay the cost of education
and living expenses to the State Treasury. The calculation of payment
will compensate the value of funds that have been used and paid by the
universitycollege. This
sanctions provision does not apply on force
majeur factors.
