Leases
Grup mengklasifikasikan
sewa berdasarkan
sejauh mana risiko dan manfaat yang terkait dengan kepemilikan aset sewaan berada pada
lessor atau lessee dan pada substansi transaksi daripada bentuk kontraknya.
The Group classifies leases based on the extent to which risks and rewards incidental to the ownership
of a leased asset are vested upon the lessor or the lessee and the substance of the transaction rather
than the form of the contract.
Suatu sewa diklasifikasikan sebagai sewa operasi jika sewa tidak mengalihkan secara substansial
seluruh risiko dan manfaat yang terkait dengan kepemilikan aset. Dengan demikian, pembayaran
sewa diakui sebagai beban pada operasi dengan dasar garis lurus straight-line basis selama masa
sewa. A lease is classified as an operating lease if it does
not transfer substantially all the risks and rewards incidental to ownership of the leased asset.
Accordingly, the related lease payments are recognized in profit or loss on a straight-line basis
over the lease term.

kerjasama pengembangan perkebunan. Grup dapat memperoleh hak guna usaha untuk
membangun kebun

bersedia membangun areal perkebunan rakyat. Sebagai
pihak Inti, Grup berkewajiban untuk membeli hasil produksi tandan buah segar “TBS” milik petani
Plasma dengan harga yang telah ditetapkan Pemerintah Indonesia.

agreement with
smallholders or
cooperation . Groups referred to as “Inti” can
acquire landrights to develop plantations only if they develop plantations for smallholders Plasma
farmers in addition to their own plantations. Inti is required to purchase the fresh fruit bunches
“FFB” produced by Plasma plantations at prices determined by the Indonesian Government.
Perkebunan Plasma akan diserahkan kepada petani pada saat perkebunan mulai menghasilkan
dengan nilai konversi yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah dan nilai konversi tersebut dapat lebih
rendah dari nilai bukunya. Once developed, the Plasma plantations are
transferred to the smallholders at a conversion rate determined by the Government, in which case
the conversion value might be lower than the carrying value of the Plasma plantations
transferred by the Inti.

Advances for Plasma plantations represent the accumulated costs incurred to develop the Plasma
areas. These accumulated costs are presented net of among others, the investment credit obtained
from the bank.
