Reflecting Phase Third Meeting

b. Main Activities The teacher started the lesson by giving ice breaking to warming up the students to make them focus and relax when learning. After that, the teacher tell the students that they still learn about reading comprehension with narrative text but with different text, because they still have not get the best result previous meeting. Then, The teacher asked the students to sit with their group which is divided in previous meeting. After that, the teacher gave them a text each group with different story about narrative text, then the teacher explain the students about the task. After that, the teacher ask them to read and write down the difficult vocabulary in the text, and then every group should write in the white boar and discuss together with other students and with the teacher. c. Closure The teacher opened questions and answer session for students who have not been understood related to the material, and gave some advice and information about what will be learn for the next meeting.

2. Second Meeting

DayDate : Friday, April 15 th 2016 Topic : Narrative Text a. Opening the Class In the beginning, the teacher greeted and asked about the absence in the class. Also delivered the learning objectives and brief explanation about the material. b. Main Activity The teacher looks around about situation in the class, after she thought the class was quite silent, she will begin start the lesson. Actually the second meeting is continued from the first meeting. The teacher asked the students to sit with their group which is divided in previous meeting. After that, the teacher gave them a text each group with different story about narrative text, then the teacher explain the students about the task, and asked the students to do the exercise with their group and write down in paper. After the students finish their task, the teacher asked them to collect their task and they presented the task in front of the class each group. d. Closure The teacher ask the students to write down the reflecting paper about their difficulties when doing the task in group.

3. Third Meeting

DayDate : Friday, April 20 th 2016 Topic : Narrative Text a. Opening the Class The teacher greeted to the students and looked around the class to make sure that the students were ready to receive the material. Then, the learning objectives were given to empower the importance of the material in English. b. Main Activities The teacher first gave a brief ice breaking to the students. She realized that the low motivation of students that have shown in the preliminary study had to change because it would have made the students became uninterested and bored. Then, she reviewed the previous meeting about grouping task and remembering the students that they will continue their presentation and to discuss together. After the activity finish, the teacher ask them to back to their seat and ask them to safe their book and the teacher start to give them a post- test, which is consist of 20 multiple choices. c. Closure In the end, the teacher asked the students about how they felt after learning reading comprehension with groups. Moreover, she gave courage to the
