Efektif tanggal 1 Januari 2015, Perusahaan dan Entitas Anak menerapkan PSAK No. 65, “Laporan
Keuangan Konsolidasian”. PSAK ini menggantikan beberapa bagian dari PSAK No. 4 2009
mengenai pengaturan akuntansi untuk laporan keuangan
konsolidasian, yang
antara lain
menetapkan prinsip penyusunan dan penyajian laporan keuangan konsolidasian ketika entitas
mengendalikan satu atau lebih entitas lain, menetapkan prinsip pengendalian control dan
menetapkan pengendalian
sebagai dasar
konsolidasi; serta penerapan prinsip pengendalian untuk
mengidentifikasi apakah
investor mengendalikan investee sehingga investor harus
mengkonsolidasi investee. Effective January 1, 2015, the Company and its
Subsidiary applied SFAS No. 65, “Consolidated Financial Statements”. This SFAS replaces the
portion of SFAS No. 4 2009 that addresses the accounting for consolidated financial statements,
among others, establishes principles for the presentation and preparation of consolidated
financial statements when an entity controls one or more other entities, defines the principle of control,
and establishes control as the basis for consolidation; and sets out how to apply the
principle of controls to identify whether an investor controls
an investee
and therefore
must consolidate the investee.
Sehubungan dengan
penerapan PSAK
ini, manajemen mengevaluasi kembali pengendalian
yang dimiliki pada entitas anak dan asosiasi dan menentukan bahwa tidak diperlukan perubahan
atas akuntansi atas kepentingannya pada Entitas Anak.
In relation to the adoption of this SFAS,
management re-evaluate control over all of its Subsidiary and associates and determined that no
change is necessary on accounting of its
investments in Subsidiary. Laporan keuangan konsolidasian
terdiri dari laporan keuangan Perusahaan dan Entitas Anak
yaitu PT Fotomatic Jaya Industries yang dimiliki sebesar 99,98 pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015
dan 2014. The consolidated financial statements consist of
the Company and its Subsidiary, PT Fotomatic Jaya Industries with ownership of 99.98 as of
December 31, 2015 and 2014.
Pengendalian diperoleh ketika Perusahaan dan Entitas Anak terekspos, atau memiliki hak atas
imbal hasil variabel dari keterlibatannya dengan investee
dan memiliki
kemampuan untuk
mempengaruhi imbal hasil tersebut melalui kekuasaannya atas investee jika, dan hanya jika,
Perusahaan dan Entitas Anak memiliki hal berikut ini:
Control is achieved when the Company and its Subsidiary is exposed, or has right, to variable
returns from its involvement with the investee and has the ability to affect those return through its
power over the investee. Specifically, the Company and its Subsidiary controls and investee if, and only
if, the Company and its Subsidiary has all of the following:
a. Kekuasaan atas investee misalnya adanya hak yang memberikan Perusahaan dan Entitas
Anak kemampuan saat ini untuk mengarahkan aktivitas yang relevan;
a. Power over that investee i.e., existing rights
that give it the current ability to direct the relevant activities of the investee;
