Before developing the teaching strategies based on Reflective Pedagogy which was supported with the materials to see the work of the designed teaching
strategies, it was needed to state the learning objectives. The learning objectives of each unit in the designed materials teaching strategies were stated as the
indicators in the 2006 Edition of School Based Curriculum for Senior High Schools and the English syllabus of SMA Negeri 11 Yogyakarta. The indicators
were listed in order to specify the basic competency of each unit. The indicators function as the measurement of the students’ achievement in every meeting. The
