Cronbachs Alpha values above 0,70 then all variables expressed reliable.
2. Descriptive Respondents
Respondents in this study is that customers who shopped at Carrefour Lebak Bulus. The number of customers who have been
selected as respondents as many as 100 people with characteristics based on gender, age, education level, and income. The demographic
