H. Hypothesis

According Sugiyono 2013: 100, the hypothesis can be interpreted as a statistical statement about the population parameters. To test the independent variable on the dependent variable, we need the following hypothesis: a. H0 ; β1 ≠ 0. There is a positive influence between the variables of sales promotion to customer loyalty. Ha ; β1 = 0 There is a positive influence between the variables of sales promotion to customer loyalty. b. H0; β2 ≠ 0. There is a positive influence between the variables of service quality on customer loyalty. Ha ; β2 = 0 There is a positive influence between the variables of service quality on customer loyalty. c. H0 ; β3 ≠ 0. There is a positive influence between variable customer satisfactions on customer loyalty. Ha ; β3 = 0 There is a positive influence between variable location on customer loyalty. d. H0 ; β4 ≠ 0. There is a positive influence between the variables of sales promotion, quality of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. CHAPTER III RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

A. Scope of Research

By providing a questionnaire to the customer Carrefour. As will be discussed is about how much the Service Quality, Sales Promotion and Customer Satisfaction infuencing Customer Loyalty on Carrefour Lebak Bulus . As the independent variable in this study was given the symbol of Service Quality X1, Sales Promotion X2 and Customer Satisfaction X3. While the dependent variable in this study was Customer Loyalty given the symbol Y.

B. Determination Sample Method

1. Population
