■ Verify that all targeted users exist in Oracle Enterprise Repository. ■ Assign global BAS permissions to each user i.e. CreateSubmit Assets, Launch Asset Editor to allow them to submit and edit assets. If no existing role encompasses the appropriate users, one must be created. This procedure is performed in the Oracle Enterprise Repository Admin screen.1. Click Roles.
