CHAPTER V CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
The writer discusses two main points in this chapter namely conclusion and suggestion.
A. Conclusion
In this section, the writer comes to the conclusion of the research. Based on  the  research  finding  and  discussions,  the  writer  finds  the  main  idea  in
answering the problems of the research. In  brief,  it can  be drawn the theory that marketing  management  at  LBPP  LIA  Surakarta  attracts  the  students’  interest  to
join  LBPP  LIA  Surakarta  in  the  case  of  the  media  of  marketing,  marketing activities  and  the  quality  of  the  course  which  involves  the  role  of  the  teachers,
facilities, methods, and the graduates. Dealing with the quality of the course, the students are interested to join
the  certain  course  because  they  choose  the  course  which  has  a  good  quality.  A good  quality  can  be  seen  from  the  successful  graduation  or  the  ability  of  the
students. Beside that the course which has completed facilities are included has a good quality too.
The teacher has a very important role in improve the students’ ability in English. The good quality of the teacher makes the students motivated. Although
every teacher has their own characteristics, they are trained to convey the material clearly and bring the media of teaching. The other characteristics of good teacher
are friendly, communicative, clearly explaining, and creative.

The  teaching  methods  in  LBPP  LIA  is  variety  and  attractive.  It  is arranged  to  increase  the  students’  motivation  in  teaching  learning  process.  The
teaching  methods  or  teaching  techniques  is  still  a  good  point  for  the  students’ interested to join certain course. A good teaching method will make the students
more  understand  with  the  material  given.  For  example  games.  Games  make  the students enjoy the lesson and actively. The students improve their ability, like oral
skill  unconsciously.  The  other  methods  which  make  the  students  enjoy  the learning  are  discussion.  It  can  increase  the  students’  actively  in  the  class,
moreover  in  class  speaking.  Discussion  makes  the  students  more  confidence  in conveying the idea through oral.
Dealing with the facilities of LBPP LIA, the facilities are the classrooms, television, tape recorder, chairs, air conditioner, white board, students’ book, work
book, magazine, mosque, toilet, and canteen. The facilities are the aids to support the  students’  learning.  The  completed  facilities  will  help  in  developing  the
students’ ability in English. Dealing  with  the  media  used  in  marketing  management  at  LBPP  LIA
Surakarta,  it  is  found  that  the  media  of  marketing  is  very  good  and  continually from  year  to  year  to  attract  the  students’  interest  to  join  the  course.  The  media
used is printed media, electronic media and social  interaction. The printed media consists  of  leaflets,  brochure,  magazine  and  newspaper.  The  electronic  media
consists  of  television,  radio  and  internet.  Social  interaction  is  the  information obtained  from  mouth  to  mouth.  The  social  interaction  involves  friends,  family,
neighbor and other.

The  media of  marketing can  not run smoothly without the participation of  all  of  the  staffs  of  LBPP  LIA  Surakarta.  Although  there  is  not  the  specific
division  of  marketing,  the  secretary  can  handle  the  programs  of  marketing  well. Therefore, all the staffs of the institution are participated to introduce the products
to the customers. The secretary holds the program of product knowledge for all of the  staffs.  They  are  collected  and  given  the  explanation  about  the  products.
Therefore, the staffs are able to do marketing. Beside  the  media,  the  activities  of  marketing  also  influenced  the
students’ interest to join an English course. In LBPP LIA Surakarta, the activities of  marketing  involve  sponsorships,  social  activities,  scholarships,  conferences,
reading  competition,  and  extracurricular  activity.  All  of  the  branches  of  LIA  is cooperated under the instruction of the central LIA of Jakarta in order to success
the activities. The management of marketing is held for some purposes. One of them is
to  get  as  many  as  possible  students.  It  means  that,  that  purpose  is  profit  for  the common  company. Beside that, LBPP  LIA  Surakarta is an education  institution.
The  specific  objectives  can  be  seen  in  vision  and  mission.  Both  show  the education marketing of academic institution. It states in the vision that LBPP LIA
is  established  as the  learning center  and  springing up  in Indonesia through some programs and the facilities for language learning. It also has the education purpose
to improve their spoken skill. The  students’  interest  to  join  an  English  course  is  influenced  by  the
influence  of  their  surrounding.  They  are  interested  by  the  information  given  by

their  fiends  or  family,  leaflets,  brochures,  sponsorship,  social  activities,  etc. Firstly,  they  need  to  improve  their  skill  of  English.  Then,  they  look  for  the
information about the course which can fulfill their need. After they find it, if the course is appropriate with them, they will register to the course.
B. Suggestion
