Kompensasi Berbasis Saham r.
Stock Based Compensation
SCM menerapkan PSAK No. 53, “Akuntansi Kompensasi Berbasis Saham”, yang mengatur
perlakuan akuntansi untuk nilai wajar opsi pemilikan saham yang diberikan kepada
karyawan dan instrumen ekuitas sejenis lainnya. Beban kompensasi diakui selama
periode pengakuan hak kompensasi vesting period berdasarkan nilai wajar opsi saham
pada tanggal pemberian grant date. SCM adopts
PSAK No. 53, “Accounting of Stock-
Based Compensation”, which provides for the accounting of the fair value of an
employee stock option and other similar equity instruments. Compensation cost is accrued
over the vesting period based on the fair value of the stock option on grant date.

LPS dasar dihitung dengan membagi laba bersih konsolidasi periode berjalan dengan
jumlah rata-rata tertimbang saham yang beredar pada periode yang bersangkutan,
setelah memperhitungkan pengaruh retroaktif atas perubahan nilai nominal saham dari
Rp1.000 angka penuh menjadi Rp200 angka penuh per saham pada tahun 2009 Catatan
24. Jumlah rata-rata tertimbang saham yang beredar sejumlah 5.047.298.466 saham untuk
periode sembilan bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 September 2010 dan 3.141.754.500

Perusahaan tidak menyajikan laba per saham dilusian dikarenakan tidak tersedianya nilai
wajar dari efek berpotensi saham waran dimana informasi atas nilai wajar tersebut
merupakan salah satu input yang diperlukan dalam melakukan perhitungan LPS dilusian.
