ENTITIES
Perusahaan mencatat kerugian dari bagian atas hasil pengendalian bersama entitas sebesar
AS7,616 juta untuk periode enam bulan sampai 30 Juni 2014 AS103,05 juta untuk tahun yang
berakhir tanggal 31 Desember 2013. The Company recognised a loss from its share of the
results of jointly controlled entities amounting to US7.616 million for the six months to 30 June 2014
US103.05 million for the year ended 31 December 2013.
Kerugian tersebut berasal dari total rugi ARM plc and anak perusahaan untuk periode yang berakhir
enam bulan sampai 30 Juni 2014 sebesar AS32 juta untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31
Desember 2013 sebesar AS473 juta, dimana Grup efektif memiliki 23,8 kepemilikan saham.
The loss was derived from the total loss of ARM plc and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30
June 2014 amounting to US32 million for the year ended 31 December 2013 US473 million, in which
the Group owns an effective 23.8 interest.

The total loss of ARM plc for the six months ended 30 June 2014 and year ended 31 December 2013
was mainly derived from the following:
1. laba dari penjualan atas asset yang tersedia untuk dijual sebesar AS351 juta;
2. rugi komprehensif lain reklasifikasi ke laba rugi sehubungan dengan perubahan dari nilai
aset keuangan tersedia untuk dijual sebesar AS306 juta; dan
3. beban keuangan sebesar AS62 juta. 1. profit on sale of available for sale asset
amounting to US351 million; 2. other comprehensive loss reclassified to
income related to change in fair value of available-for-sale financial assets amounting to
US306 million; and 3. finance costs amounting to US62 million.
