Perusahaan yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Pada tanggal 26 November 2010,
saham yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat dalam Penawaran Umum Saham Perdana
dicatatkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia bersamaan dengan pencatatan 13.270.000.000 lembar
saham pendiri, sehingga jumlah seluruh saham yang dicatatkan pada Bursa Efek
Indonesia menjadi 17.693.000.000 lembar. On 16 November 2010, the Company obtained a
Notice of Effectiveness from the Chairman of Bapepam-LK via letter No. S-10407BL2010 for
the Company to conduct its Initial Public Offering for offering to and subscription by the public at an
offering price of Rp1,170 per share of 4,423,000,000 shares, or 25 of the total of
17,693,000,000 of the
Company’s issued and fully paid shares. The shares offered to the public
in the Company’s Initial Public Offering were listed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange on
26 November 2010. At the same time, the Company on behalf of its founding shareholders
also listed the entire 13,270,000,000 founder shares,
which resulted
in the
entire 17,693,000,000 of the Company’s shares being
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
