Bahar dan mengklaim bahwa pihaknya merupakan pihak yang sah sebagai pemilik atas tanah yang disengketakan berdasarkan surat pernyataan kerja sama penunjukan dan penyerahan hak atas tanah bekas EV No. 8178 atas nama Khouw Tjoan Hay. Atas perbuatan tersebut Perusahaan telah melakukan tindakan hukum yaitu melaporkan kepada pihak polisi. Perkara pidana ini telah dilimpahkan kepada Kejaksaan Negeri. a.
