While the variable organization institution has a significant value sig for t-test = 0.257 0.05 alpha value that an organization institution is not partial and significant influence on life and entrepreneurial behavior. Significant value sig for F = 0.036 alpha value of 0.05 means the characteristics of individuals and organizations institutions simultaneously and significant effect on life and entrepreneurial behavior. The coefficient of determination R 2 = 0.228 means that the characteristics of the individual and organizationalinstitutional effect of 22.8 percent against the spirit and entrepreneurial behavior, remaining at 77.2 percent is explained by donations and other variables that are out of this research.
