The format, type, rate structure and the tarif formula for network leases are subject to government regulations. Leased lines are unmanaged terrestrial transmission network services for electronic communications that provide a dedicated connection between two terminal points or points of presence “POP” for the customer’s exclusive use by symmetrical transmission channel capacity.
