Mengingat bahwa Proyek TITO TELKOM, Proyek FTTH Green eld TELKOM, dan Proyek SMP BBM Pertamina
merupakan proyek-proyek yang berkontribusi besar pada target pencapaian tahun 2014, maka kendala
yang dialami pada ketiga proyek tersebut sangat mempengaruhi pencapaian target perusahaan secara
keseluruhan. Considering to the project TITO TELKOM, TELKOM
Green eld FTTH Project, and SMP BBM Project of Pertamina are projects that substantial contribute to
the achievement of the targets by 2014, then the constraints experienced in the three projects greatly
affect the general achievement of the target of the company.
2. Segmen Usaha MaintenanceManaged Service
Segmen usaha ini dijalankan dengan terus memperkuat kompetensi pengoperasian, pemeliharaan, dan
perbaikan melalui peningkatan kerja sama dengan vendor, baik secara teknis maupun komersial. Kegiatan
pengelolaan komponen dan suku cadang untuk jaringan telekomunikasi, perbaikan perangkat, serta
pemeliharaan jaringan telekomunikasi masih mendominasi segmen usaha ini.
2.1 Proyek SPMS
Dalam kegiatan pengelolaan komponen dan suku cadang, INTI menerima dua proyek besar, yaitu Spare
Part Management System SPMS untuk Nokia Siemens Network NSN senilai Rp 28,348 miliar dan Huawei
dengan total penjualan sebesar Rp 20,541 miliar. Untuk memenuhi permintaan kastemer pada proyek SPMS ini,
INTI mengoperasikan dua central warehouse CWH dan 86 satelit warehouse SWH yang tersebar di 75 kota
di Indonesia. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pengoperasian call center dan warehouse, pengiriman
modul-modul pengganti, serta penarikan kembali modul-modul yang rusak. Kegiatan ini berlangsung
selama 24 jam.
2. Segment Maintenance Managed Service
A business segment is run by continuing to strengthen the competence of the operation, maintenance, and
repair through increased cooperation with vendors, both technically and commercially. Management
activities of components and spare parts for the telecommunications network, device repair, and
maintenance of telecommunications networks still dominate this business segment.
2.1 Project SPMS
In the management of components and spare parts, INTI received two major projects, namely Parts Management
System SPMS for Nokia Siemens Networks NSN worth Rp. 28.348 billion and Huawei with total sales of
Rp 20.541 billion. To meet the customer demand on this SPMS project, INTI operates two central warehouse
CWH and 86 satellite warehouse SWH spread 75 cities in Indonesia. Activities include the operation of the
call center and warehouse, delivery of replacement modules, as well as the recall of defective modules. This
activity lasts for 24 hours.

Peningkatan perolehan penjualan pada proyek SPMS ini dikarenakan peningkatan jumlah modul yang harus
didistribusikan. The increase in the sales of the project SPMS is because
an increasing number of modules that have to be distributed.
