The report is then assessed by the Deloitte analyst, and the results returned to the Company’s representative within one working day. Further actions can then be determined. Informants have a number of options regarding the disclosure of their identity: 1. Full disclosure: the informant is willing to disclose hisher identity to Deloitte and the Company. 2. Partial anonymity: the informant is willing to disclose his her identity only to Deloitte. In this case, Deloitte will keep the informant’s identity confidential from the Company. 3. Full anonymity: the informant is unwilling to disclose his her identity to either Deloitte or the Company. A total of seven cases were received through Suara Matahari In 2013, involving both internal and external parties. The allegations included code of conduct and work ethics violations, and control of MCC points. Five of the seven cases were investigated and substantiated, while the remaining two are still in progress at time of publication of this Annual Report. Company received 14 cases out of channel of Suara Matahari which all those cases have being investigated and substantiated. Type of allegations received including: code of conduct and work ethic violation and control of MCC points.
