hasil dari penawaran umum perdana “IPO” atas 375 juta saham SCM pada bulan Juni
2002. Sebelum transaksi IPO tersebut, kepemilikan AM atas ekuitas SCM adalah
sebesar 50 kepemilikan saham atau setara dengan Rp361.672.663. Setelah transaksi IPO
dilaksanakan, kepemilikan AM atas ekuitas SCM menjadi sebesar 40 kepemilikan saham
