direbus di atas hotplate hingga mendidih dengan suhu 90 disaring dengan kertas saring

dipanaskan hingga diperoleh rendaimen rendaimen dilarutkan kembali dengan 500 ml aquabidestilata
sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian Biji pepaya

diamati perubahan warna yang terjadi dan dicatat hasilnya p, tabung IV ditetesi NaOH 10, masing-masing
sebanyak 3-5 tetes
