Pada tanggal 8 Juli 2014, MOS melakukan perjanjian konstruksi kapal dengan ukuran 4.200-5.000 DWT, dengan PT Sejahtera Bahari Abadi, pihak berelasi. MOS setuju untuk merancang, membangun, meluncurkan, melengkapi, menguji, menyelesaikan, dan menyerahkan 1 satu unit kapal tanker 75 Meter Self Propeller Oil Barge. Berdasarkan perjanjian tersebut, kapal tersebut harus diserahkan di galangan MOS 18 delapan belas bulan sejak tanggal efektif perjanjian. Sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2015, presentase kemajuan konstruksi kapal ini adalah sebesar 86,97. e. On July 8, 2014, MOS entered into shipbuilding construction agreement for 4,200- 5,000 DWT vessel with PT Sejahtera Bahari Abadi, related party. MOS agreed to design, construct, launch, equip, test, complete and deliver 1 one unit of 75 Meter Self Propeller Oil Barge. Based on the contract, the vessel must be delivered at MOSs shipyard in 18 eighteen months from the effective date of the contract. Until December 31, 2015, percentage progress of this tanker is 86.97. f. Pada tanggal 2 November 2015, MOS melakukan perjanjian konstruksi kapal perintis ukuran type 750 DWT dengan Satuan Kerja Peningkatan Keselamatan Lalu Lintas Angkutan Laut Pusat. MOS setuju untuk merancang, membangun, meluncurkan, melengkapi, menguji, menyelesaikan, dan menyerahkan 1 satu unit kapal perintis type 750 DWT. Perjanjian tersebut, kapal tersebut harus diserahkan di galangan MOS 25 dua puluh lima bulan sejak tanggal efektif perjanjian atau dari tanggal 2 November 2015 sampai dengan tanggal 2 Desember 2017. Sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2015, presentase kemajuan konstruksi kapal ini adalah sebesar 14,32. f. On November 2, 2015, MOS entered into shipbuilding construction agreements for 750 DWT pioneer vessel with Satuan Kerja Peningkatan Keselamatan Lalu Lintas Angkutan Laut Pusat. MOS agreed to design, construct, launch, equip, test, complete and deliver 1 one unit of pioneer vessel. Based on the contract, the vessel must be delivered at MOSs shipyard in 25 twenty five months from the effective date of the contract or from November 2, 2015 until December 2, 2017. Until December 31, 2015, percentage progress of this tanker is 14.32. g. Pada tanggal 23 Desember 2015, MOS melakukan perjanjian konstruksi 2 dua unit kapal kenavigasian dengan Satuan Kerja Pengembangan Kenavigasian Pusat, Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut. MOS setuju untuk merancang, membangun, meluncurkan, melengkapi, menguji, menyelesaikan, dan menyerahkan 2 dua unit kapal kenavigasian. Berdasarkan perjanjian tersebut, kedua kapal tersebut harus diserahkan paling lambat tanggal 11 Oktober 2018 atau 660 enam ratus enam puluh hari sejak tanggal penandatanganan kontrak. Sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2015, pekerjaan untuk kontrak konstruksi ini belum dilaksanakan. g. On December 23, 2015, MOS entered into 2 two units navigation vessel contract construction agreement with Satuan Kerja Pengembangan Kenavigasian Pusat, Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut. MOS agreed to design, construct, launch, equip, test, complete and deliver 2 two units of navigation vessel. Based on the contract, the vessels much be delivered on October 11, 2018 or 660 six hundred sixty days from signed agreement date. Maximum limit of BG facility amounted to USD19,847,500. As of December 31, 2015, the unused balance of this BG facility amounted to USD5,837,500. This facility will mature on March 17, 2017. - Surat Kredit Berdokumen Dalam Negeri SKBDNLetter of Credit LC - Surat Kredit Berdokumen Dalam Negeri SKBDNLetter of Credit LC Batas maksimal fasilitas ini sebesar AS18.680.000. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015, saldo LC yang belum digunakan untuk fasilitas ini adalah nihil. Fasilitas ini akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 17 Maret 2017. This facility will mature on March 17, 2017. - Trust Receipt-1 TR-1 - Trust Receipt-1 TR-1 Batas maksimal fasilitas ini sebesar AS14.010.000 harus dibayarkan 180 seratus delapan puluh hari sejak tanggal transaksi pembelian. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015, saldo TR-1 untuk fasilitas ini adalah sebesar AS1.375.498 yang dicatat pada pinjaman bank jangka pendek pada laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian Catatan 14.
