Package No. 5 : Sp. Rampa Poriaha
The completion date is on 20, July 2017 but, the progress as of this month is achieved of 56.42 which is much lagged behind the Scheduled 97.61.
Main reasons of delayed progress are due to poor performance of rock excavation, asphalt paving works and temporary suspension of the works for 1.59 km until obtaining a necessary environmental permission
from the Ministry of the forestry. Hence the contractor is preparing for a contract amendment for increase of the contract value and the extension of time.

The contract package is completed on January 28, 2017 and provisionally handed over to the Employer and currently under Defects Notification Period until after two 2 years reckoned from the issuance of TOC.

Tapan
The progress as of this month is achieved only of 50.46 against the scheduled 72.65 having much slippage, -22.10.
The main reasons to delayed progress are almost same with the previous month such as limited operation time, more or less 10 hoursday and frequent broken out of crushing plants. The completion date of the
works is 30, August 2017.
ANNEX P-7 Executive Summary Report shows the complete details of the contract package. Package No. 8 : Bts. Kota Pariaman - Manggopoh
Progress as of this reporting month is achieved of 68.99 against the scheduled 68.89 having a little ahead 0.31.
A current issue of this package is additional works for overlay of asphalt paving work, 4km in the pariaman arterial road.
ANNEX P-8 Executive Summary Report shows the complete details of the contract package. Package No. 11 : Bantal - Mukomuko
The completion date is on 26, May 2017 and the inspection for the provisional hand-over is already done and the process verbal has been issued on 19, May 2017.
For more detailed of the Contract Package, refer to ANNEX P-11 Executive Summary Report . Package No. 12 : Kambang - Indrapura
The 3rd Test Case had been done during this month, nevertheless the progress has not been improved. Hence, the progress as of this month is achieved only of 9.77 against the scheduled 70.99 having
slippage rate -61.27.
The Main reasons for delayed progress are same as the previous month. During the 3rd Test Case, GS, Contractor was not available and poor organization of the site have being repeated so far.
The client is trying to find out the resolutions about how to handle the contractor in accordance with the contract conditions and what to be the most realistic provisions and measures to be taken.

Tj. Kemuning
The construction activities of this package are currently concentrating only at the segment No.3, Sta 43km 56km 13km because the segment No.1, Sta. O km
25km is almost completed except the minor works and the segment No.2, Sta. 25km
43km 18km is still under process for land acquisition and at the end of May 2017 likely to be settled for around 10km.
Therefore, this month progress is only 1.61 against the scheduled 8.95 and the accumulative progress as of this month, 48.87 is much behind, -41.21 comparing with the scheduled, 90.08.
The Contractor is in process for the extension of time due to unsettled land acquisition.
Details of the work progress are shown in ANNEX P-13 Executive Summary Reports. Package No. 14: Painan - Kambang
The actual progress of this month, 9.72 is quite huge against the scheduled, 5.08 This month progress is entirely from the progress of Asphalt paving works, 8.89. On the other hand, the
progress of preparatory works for asphalt paving works, like pavements widening and shoulder, granular pavement, drainage are mostly zero or very small.
Accordingly, the contractor is advised to increase work forces for such preparatory works mentioned the above to maintain the progress of asphalt paving works continuously in coming months as well.
ANNEX P-14 Executive Summary Report shows the complete details of the project. Package No. 15: Sibolga Bts. Tapsel
As mentioned in the previous report, this package is also much suffering with unsettled land acquisition because the project site is situated in the areas densely populated and the most of the existing roads are
very narrow, nevertheless this month progress, 5.9 is fairly achieved comparing with previous months but, the progress as of this month is only 40.57 against the scheduled, 77.50 having significant slippage
rate, -36.93.
Consequently, unsettled land acquisition, 16.5km is the most important element to be solved earlier. The PPK is currently trying to settle those areas within July 2017.

Package No. 16: Seblat Ipuh
This month progress has been leaded by Granular Pavement, Drainage, Earthworks and a head progress is maintained as 1.53, comparing the actual progress as of this month, 8.68 and against the scheduled
7.15.
On the other hand, progress of structure works, 0.97 is much lagged behind the scheduled, 1.92.
