berupa laporan pengawasan dari IBG yang dikirim secara berkala tiap 3 bulan kepada kantor cabang
Bangkok Bank Jakarta. Guna mendukung transparansi, Bank telah memiliki local website
yang memuat informasi finansial dan non finansial serta produk perbankan yang dimiliki.
Terkait implementasi prinsip kepatuhan, Bank senantiaa mensosialisasikan kepada seluruh
jenjang dalam Bank tentang ketentuan-ketentuan baru, prinsip kehati-hatian, prinsip manajemen
risiko, budaya kepatuhan, pengendalian internal. Manajemen mendukung penuh proses yang
menjamin implementasi GCG dalam Bank. Selain itu, kantor pusat Bangkok Bank mendukung
penuh rencana bisnis Bank dalam rangka peningkatan pertumbuhan kredit portfolio dan
penambahan modal disetor dan dana usaha guna memperkuat struktur permodalan Bank.
b. Governance Process Fungsi pengawasan dewan komisaris dilakukan
oleh International Banking Group IBG. Hasil pengawasan tersebut diungkapkan dalam laporan
berkala yang telah disampaikan kepada Kantor Cabang Jakarta.
Bank telah memiliki komite-komite untuk membantu manajemen Bank, yaitu : Komite
Manajemen, Komite Manajemen Risiko, Komite NPL, IT Steering Committee. Rapat komite
dilakukan secara berkala, c. Governance Outcome
Seluruh hasil rapat manajemen dan komite telah dituangkan dalam risalah rapat dan Bank telah
melaporkan kepada OJK terkait pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kepatuhan, internal audit, dan SKMR
serta pelaporan terkait pelaksanaan GCG. Penilaian sendiri Bank didasarkan pada prinsip
Good Corporate Governance yang terdiri dari - Kecukupan transparansi laporan;
- Kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang- undangan;
- Perlindungan konsumen; - Oyektivitas dalam melakukan assessmentaudit;
- Kinerja Bank seperti rentabilitas, efisiensi, dan permodalan; danatau

Related to the implementation of the principle of compliance, Bank always disseminates about the new
provisions, the precautionary principle, the principle of risk management, a culture of compliance, internal
control to all levels within the Bank. Management fully supports the process that ensures the implementation of
GCG in Bank. Additionally, the headquarters of Bangkok Bank fully
supports the Banks business plan in order to increase loan portfolio growth and additional paid-in capital and
operating funds to strengthen the Banks capital structure.
b. Governance Process Commissioners’ oversight function performed by the
International Banking Group IBG. The monitoring results are disclosed in the periodic reports that have
been submitted to the Branch Office in Jakarta. The Bank has committees to assist management of the
Bank, namely: Management Committee, Risk Management Committee, and NPL Committee, the IT
Steering Committee. Committee meetings are conducted regularly,

have been set forth in the minutes of meetings and the Bank has reported to the OJK regarding the conduct of
the duties and functions of compliance, audit internal, and Risk management and reporting related to the
implementation of GCG. Banks self assessment based on the principles of good
corporate governance consists of - The adequacy of transparency reports;
- Compliance with laws and regulations; - The protection of consumers;
- Objectivity in performing assessment audit; - The performance of the Bank such as profitability,
efficiency, and capital; and or - Compliance with applicable regulations.
