advisory dengan

Tobacco Investment Limited. Grup berhak menerima jasa yang mencakup, tetapi tidak
terbatas pada jasa riset, produksi, distribusi, pemasaran, dan teknologi informasi. Biaya
atas jasa
ini secara
umum ditetapkan berdasarkan biaya aktual yang timbul.
The Group
has technical
and advisory
services agreement with British American Tobacco Investment Limited. The Group will
receive services on, but not limited to, research, production, distribution, marketing,
and
information technology.
Fees are
generally determined based on actual costs incurred.
Perjanjian royalti Royalty agreement
Grup mempunyai beberapa perjanjian royalti dengan perusahaan-perusahaan di bawah
Grup BAT untuk memproduksi dan menjual beberapa merek rokok yang mereka miliki di
Indonesia.
Besarnya royalti
ditetapkan sebesar 7 2010: 5 dari nilai penjualan
bersih. The Group has several royalty agreements
with other companies within BAT Group to produce and sell several cigarette brands
owned by them in Indonesia. The royalty amount is calculated at 7 2010: 5 from
net turnover.
Remunerasi Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi

Selama tahun 2011, jumlah remunerasi yang dibayarkan kepada Dewan Komisaris
dan Direksi

sebesar Rp 59,2 miliar
