Registered coal exporters Pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2014, DJMB mengeluarkan Peraturan Ditektur Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara No. 714.K30DJB2014 tentang Tata Cara Dan Persyaratan Pemberian Rekomendasi Eksportir Terdaftar Batubara yang merupakan implementasi dari Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan No. 39M-DAGPER72014 tentang Ketentuan Ekspor Batubara dan Produk Batubara. Para Pemegang PKP2B, IUP Operasi Produksi, IUPK Operasi Produksi dan IUP Operasi Produksi Khusus untuk Pengolahan danatau Pemurnian, IUP Operasi Produksi khusus untuk pengangkutan dan penjualan dapat melakukan penjualan ke luar negeri setelah mendapatkan pengakuan sebagai ET-Batubara dari Direktur Jenderal Perdagangan Luar Negeri, Kementerian Perdagangan. Sebelum mendapatkan pengakuan sebagai ET-batubara tersebut wajib mendapatkan rekomendasi dari DJEMB, yang salah satu persyaratan didalamnya adalah menyerahkan surat pernyataan bermaterai mengenai kebenararan dokumen dan kesediaan membayar iuran produksiDPHB pada titik jual di FOB bargevessel sebelum diangkut lintas kabupatenkotaprovinsinegara. Pada tanggal laporan keuangan ini, Perusahaan, GBPC, TSA, PIK, FKP, WBM, FSP dan BT telah mendapatkan ijin eksportir terdaftar. On 12 August 2014, DJMB issued the Regulation of the Director General of Mineral and Coal No.714.K30DJB2014 on the Procedure and Criteria for the Granting of Registered Coal Exporter Recommendations, which was the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade No.39M-DAGPER72014 on Coal and Coal Product Export Provision. Holders of CCoW, Production Operation IUP, Special Production Operation IUP for coal processing and transportation and sales may conduct international sales after being acknowledged as Registered Coal Exporters ET-Batubara by the Director General of International Trade, Ministry of Trade. Prior to being acknowledged as ET- Batubara,a recommendation from DJMB must be obtained, for which one of the criteria is to submit a statement with stamp duty declaring the truthfulness of the documents and willingness to pay royaltyDPHB at sales point at FOB bargevessel before transportation across regenciesmunicipalities provincescountries. As at the date of these financial statements, the Company, GBPC, TSA, PIK, FKP, WBM, FSP and BT have obtained the registered exporter licence. z. Komitmen akuisisi KRL z. Acquisition commitment of KRL Pada tanggal 28 Desember 2010, Perusahaan dan BE menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli “PJB” dengan PT Ilthabi Bara Utama dan Prime Mine Resources Limited untuk membeli 100 kepemilikan dari 4 perusahaan baru dan 99 kepemilikan dari 5 perusahaan baru pemegang KP dan IUP dan berbagai aset yang berlokasi di area tersebut transaksi IBUPMR. Atas persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah dipenuhi oleh Perusahaan, sejak 14 Desember 2011 Perusahaan mulai mengkonsolidasi KRL dengan 56,05 kepemilikan saham. On 28 December 2010, the Company and BE entered into Sales and Purchase Agreements “SSPA” with PT Ilthabi Bara Utama and Prime Mine Resources Limited to purchase 100 of the equity of 4 new companies and 99 of the equity of 5 new companies holding KPs and IUPs and various assets located in these licence areas the IBUPMR transaction. Based on the requirements fulfilled by the Company, since 14 December 2011 the Company started to consolidate KRL with 56.05 share ownership. The Company continues to have an obligation to KRL to transfer AU, TA, BS and CA. Pada tanggal laporan keuangan konsolidasian ini, AU, TA, BS dan CA belum ditransfer ke KRL. Namun, secara substansi transaksi, Perusahaan telah mengakui penyelesaian transaksi tersebut dan mengkonsolidasi 56,05 saham kepemilikannya. As at the date of these consolidated financial statements, AU, TA, BS and CA have not yet been transferred to KRL. SEGMENT INFORMATION Berdasarkan informasi keuangan yang digunakan oleh Direksi sebagai pengambil keputusan operasional dalam mengevaluasi kinerja segmen dan menentukan alokasi sumber daya yang dimilikinya, manajemen menetapkan segmen Grup berdasarkan aktivitas per entitas. Seluruh transaksi antar segmen telah dieliminasi.
