Penjualan Barang Sale of Goods
Penghasilan dari penjualan lokal benih komersial dan induk, pestisida, dan lain-lain
diakui pada saat penyerahan barang kepada pelanggan,
sedangkan penghasilan
dari penjualan ekspor diakui pada saat pengapalan
barang kepada pelanggan f.o.b. shipping point.
Revenue from local sales of commercial and foundation seeds, pesticides and other
products are recognized upon delivery of the goods to the customers while revenue from
export sales is recognized upon shipment of the goods to the customers f.o.b. shipping
point.
Pada penjualan benih komersial, dimana pelanggan
dapat mengembalikan
benih komersial bila kualitas benih tidak memenuhi
persyaratan, penghasilan dari penjualan benih komersial dikurangi dengan provisi retur
penjualan yang ditentukan berdasarkan data retur sebelumnya, kondisi iklim, dan kondisi
pasar. Rugi dari penjualan benih afkir dicatat sebesar
hasil penjualan
neto setelah
dikurangi dengan
biaya-biaya yang
dikeluarkan, dan disajikan sebagai “Beban Operasi Lainnya” dalam laporan laba rugi dan
penghasilan komprehensif lain konsolidasian. In the case of commercial seed sales, where
customers can return the commercial seeds if the seed quality does not meet requirements,
revenue from sales of commercial seeds is reduced by provision for sales returns which
are determined on the basis of data from previous returns, climatic conditions, and the
state of the market. Loss from sales of salvage seeds is recorded net of the related expenses
incurred, and presented as “Other Operating Expenses” in the consolidated statement of
profit or loss and other comprehensive income.
Penghasilan dan Beban Bunga Interest Income and Expense
Untuk semua instrumen keuangan yang diukur pada
biaya perolehan
diamortisasi, penghasilan atau biaya bunga dicatat dengan
menggunakan metode Suku Bunga Efektif ”SBE”, yaitu suku bunga yang secara tepat
mendiskontokan estimasi pembayaran atau penerimaan kas di masa datang selama
perkiraan umur dari instrumen keuangan, atau jika lebih tepat, digunakan periode yang lebih
singkat, untuk nilai tercatat neto dari aset keuangan atau liabilitas keuangan.
For all financial instruments measured at amortized cost, interest income or expense is
recorded using the Effective Interest Rate “EIR” method, which is the rate that precisely
discounts the estimated future cash payments or receipts through the expected life of the
financial instrument or a shorter period, where appropriate, to arrive at the net carrying
amount of the financial assets or liabilities.
