Merespon ungkapan – ungkapan kesantunan 4. Menggunakan ungkapan – ungkapan kesantunan dalam kehidupan sehari – hari.

1. Dialogue Dialogue 1 Mr. Wiwit : Excuse me, Can you show me the way to the Public Library? Anton : Sure. You go along this road. Take the third turning on the right. Dialogue 2 Clerk : Front desk. How may I help you? Badu : Hello. This is Room 1715. Could I have some extra towels? Clerk : Sure. How many do you want? Badu : Two towels, please. Clerk : Right. I’ll send them right away. Badu : Oh, and Could I have another hair dryer? Clerk : Well, May I know what’s wrong with the one available in your room, Sir? Badu : It doesn’t work well. I don’t know why. Clerk : OK. I’ll send one up with the towels. Badu : Great Oh, I am going to fly early morning tomorrow. Can I have breakfast before seven? Clerk : Certainly.
