c. The Expert Judgment towards Technical Quality

To assess the technical quality of the developed interactive learning multimedia, the expert considered these eight points. d. The Expert Judgment towards Media Quality

The questionnaire for assessing media quality contains eight points that were used as the considerations for the expert to assess.
