Persediaan dinyatakan sebesar nilai yang lebih rendah antara nilai perolehan atau nilai
realisasi neto. Nilai perolehan ditentukan dengan
menggunakan metode
rata-rata bergerak. Nilai realisasi neto adalah estimasi
harga penjualan dalam kegiatan usaha normal setelah dikurangi estimasi biaya penyelesaian
dan estimasi biaya yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan penjualan.
Inventories are stated at the lower of cost or net realizable value. Cost is determined using
the moving average method. Net realizable value is the estimated selling price in the
ordinary course of business, less the estimated cost of completion and the
estimated cost necessary to make the sale.
Cadangan atas penurunan nilai persediaan ditetapkan untuk menurunkan nilai tercatat
persediaan ke nilai realisasi netonya. Allowance for inventory losses is provided to
reduce the carrying values of inventories to their net realizable values.

Biaya dibayar di muka diamortisasi selama masa manfaat dengan menggunakan metode
garis lurus.

Prepaid expenses are amortized over the periods benefited using the straight-line
method.
e. Aset Tetap e. Fixed Assets
Efektif tanggal 1 Januari 2012, Perusahaan mengadopsi secara prospektif PSAK No. 16
Revisi 2011, “ Aset Tetap”. Effective January 1, 2012, the Company has
prospectively adopted PSAK No. 16 Revised 2011, “Fixed Assets”.
ISAK No. 25, “Hak Atas Tanah“, yang merupakan interpretasi dari PSAK No. 16
Revisi 2011 menetapkan bahwa biaya pengurusan legal hak atas tanah dalam bentuk
Hak Guna Usaha HGU, Hak Guna Bangunan HGB dan Hak Pakai HP yang dikeluarkan
pada saat tanah diperoleh pertama kali diakui sebagai bagian dari biaya perolehan tanah dan
tidak diamortisasi. Sementara itu, biaya yang terjadi sehubungan dengan perpanjangan atau
pembaharuan hak-hak tersebut diatas diakui sebagai aset takberwujud dan diamortisasi
sepanjang umur hukum hak atau umur ekonomi tanah, mana yang lebih pendek.
ISAK No. 25, “Land Rights”, which is an interpretation of PSAK No. 16 Revised 2011,
prescribes that the costs incurred in order to acquire legal rights over land in form of “Hak
Guna Usaha” HGU, “Hak Guna Bangunan” HGB and “Hak Pakai” HP upon initial
acquisition of land be recognized as part of the acquisition cost of the land and are not
amortized. Meanwhile, costs incurred in connection with the extension or renewal of the
above rights are recognized as intangible asset and are amortized throughout the validity
period of the rights or the economic useful life of the land, whichever is shorter.
