B. SARAN

Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, penulis ingin mengemukakan beberapa saran yang diharapkan berguna bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan juga bermanfaat bagi PT. Bank SUMUT Pusat Medan.

1. Saran Praktis

Mengingat suhu udara ruangan kerja memberi pengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, diharapkan pihak perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan peranan suhu udara ruangan kerja untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan.

2. Saran Metodologis

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bagi pihak-pihak yang berminat melakukan penelitian sejenis atau mengembangkan penelitian ini lebih jauh, hendaknya memperhatikan hal-hal berikut: a. Tenggang waktu yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini setelah treatment yaitu dua minggu untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat dipertimbangkan masalah tenggang waktu untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh waktu pemberian treatment terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja. b. Memperketat kontrol penelitian seperti mengontrol aspek-aspek psikologis seperti stress, emosi dan mood, beban kerja, promosi jabatan, kepemimpinan atasan, kompensasi atau insentif lainnya selain gaji pokok.
