Sebelum diangkat menjadi Presiden Komisaris Perseroan pada tanggal 15 Februari 2008, Meity Tjiptobiantoro telah menjabat
sebagai Komisaris dan Wakil Presiden Komisaris Perseroan sejak tahun 1997. Pada saat ini, Meity juga menjabat sebagai:
Komisaris di PT. Tri Medika Sejahtera, Presiden Direktur di PT. Naleda Boga Service dan Presiden Direktur di Stephanie Dental
Clinic. Semua jabatan tersebut masih terus dijalaninya sampai sekarang. Meity menempuh pendidikan formal di Secretary
Schoevers, Den Haag – Belanda. Before being appointed as a President Commissioner of the
company on February 15, 2008, Meity Tjiptobiantoro has ever been as a Commissioner and served as its Vice President of
Commissioner of the Company since 1997. Now, She also serves as the Commissioner of PT. Tri Medika Sejahtera,

Shinta Widjaja Kamdani memperoleh gelar BA dari Barnard College - Columbia University, USA pada tahun 1989 dan telah
mengikuti program Executive Education di Harvard Business School – Boston, USA. Selain jabatannya sebagai Komisaris di
Perseroan sejak tahun 1998 sampai dengan sekarang, Shinta juga mengelola beberapa perusahaan nasional lainnya, antara
lain sebagai: Managing Director Sintesa Group, Wakil Presiden Direktur PT. Menara Duta, Direktur PT. Menara Peninsula,
Direktur PT. Widjajatunggal Sejahtera dan Presiden Direktur PT. Puncak Mustika Bersama. Disamping itu Shinta juga terlibat

Chandra Natalie Widjaja memperoleh gelar BA dari Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA pada tahun 1987. Karirnya
bermula di PT. Tira Fashion dan PT. Tira Pustaka. Pada tahun 2005 bergabung dengan Club 21 Indonesia sebagai General
Manager, dan pada tahun 2009 diangkat sebagai Direktur. Selain sebagai Komisaris Perseroan, pada saat ini Chandra
juga tercatat sebagai Presiden Direktur PT. Penta Widjaja Investindo. Chandra diangkat sebagai Komisaris pada bulan
April tahun 2009. Chandra Natalie Widjaja holds a BA degree from Georgetown
University, Washington DC, USA in 1987. She began her career in PT. Tira Fashion and PT. Tira Pustaka. She then joined
Club 21 Indonesia as General Manager in 2005 and was appointed as Director in 2009. She is now also taking on full
responsibilities as President Director of the family company, PT. Penta Widjaja Investindo. Chandra has assumed the

UK pada tahun 1976. Selain pendidikan formal, Beliau juga tercatat sebagai penerima sertiikasi FCCA Fellow Chartered
Certiied Accountant, FCMA Fellow Chartered Management Accountant, CGMA Chartered Global Management
Accountant dan IAMI Certiied Professional Management Accountant.
Beliau memulai karir di PT United City Bank, sebelum akhirnya bergabung dengan PT Unilever Indonesia pada tahun 1978.
Sepanjang karirnya di PT Unilever Indonesia, Beliau pernah menempati posisi sebagai Audit Group Manager, Works
Accountant, Business Systems Manager, Corporate Financial Accountant, Project Manager, Chief Accountant, Company
Controller, Senior Information Systems Manager, Corporate Secretary, dan Business Development Manager Corporate
Development.
Pada tahun 2010 Beliau ditunjuk menjadi Business Acquisition Integration Director di PT Unilever Body Care Indonesia Tbk
dan setahun kemudian diangkat sebagai President Director CEO. Setelah pensiun Beliau bergabung dengan PT Kamadjaja
Logistics sebagai Komisaris Independen Franky Jamin completed his education of accounting at
Singapore Stamford College and NEL Polytechnics University in London on 1976. Aside from his formal education, he also
received FCCA Fellow Chartered Certiied Accountant, FCMA Fellow Chartered Management Accountant, CGMA Chartered
Global Management Accountant and IAMI Certiied Professional Management Accountant certiication.
Starting his career at PT United City Bank, before inally joined PT Unilever Indonesia on 1978. In PT Unilever Indonesia, he

Bambang Setiawan merupakan lulusan Sarjana Teknik Industri dari Institut Teknologi Bandung tahun 1979 dan peserta
program MBA- Eksekutif Institut PPM tahun 2004. Beliau memulai karir di Panatraco Coca Cola Pan Java Holding
Company pada tahun 1980, hingga mencapai posisi sebagai Group Finance Manager. Pada tahun 1994 Beliau pindah ke
Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia dan menempati berbagai posisi seperti Business Planner, National Supply Chain Manager serta
Distribution Customer Service Manager.
Setelah pensiun dari Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia, pada tahun 2009 Beliau bergabung dengan PT Sarihusada Generasi
Mahardhika selama empat tahun sebagai Supply Chain Director. Sejak tahun tahun 2014 Bambang Setiawan menjabat
sebagai Supply Chain Project Director di PT Puninar Triputra Grup.
Bambang Setiawan is an alumni of Institut Teknologi Bandung holding a degree in Industrial Engineering. He started his
career at Panatraco Coca Cola Pan Java Holding Company in 1980 and reach the Group Finance Manager position. In 1994
he moved to PT.Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia and held various position such as Business Planner, National Supply Chain
Manager serta Distribution and Customer Service Manager.
After his retirement from PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia, he joined PT Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika in 2009 for
four years as Supply Chain Director. Since 2014 Bambang Setiawan appointed as Supply Chain Project Director at
PT Puninar Triputra Grup.

2001.
Setelah mendapatkan gelar sarjana Akuntansi, Lianne memulai karir sebagai Auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik Johan Malonda
Co, kemudian di tahun 1993 bekerja di PT. Inti Fikasa Sekurindo sebagai Manager Keuangan Akuntansi sebelum
akhirnya bergabung dengan Perseroan pada tahun yang sama. Lianne diangkat sebagai Direktur Operasional Perseroan pada
bulan Mei tahun 2005. Kemudian pada tanggal 15 Februari 2008, Lianne diangkat menjadi Presiden Direktur Perseroan
sampai dengan saat ini. Lianne Widjaja obtained her Bachelor Degree in Accounting
from Trisakti University – Jakarta in 1989 and her Master degree MM in Strategic Management from Bhayangkara University
Jakarta in 2001.
Lianne began her career as an Auditor in Public Accountant Oice of Johan Malonda Co after completing her bachelor
degree in Accounting. She then assumed the position of Finance Accounting Manager in PT. Inti Fikasa Sekurindo until
1993 when she decided to join The Company in the same year. Lianne was appointed as the Company’s Director of Operations

karir profesional di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia SDM. Sepanjang karirnya di bidang tersebut Budy pernah bekerja
di beberapa perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia, seperti PT. Elnusa, Tbk., PT. Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk dan PT. Sari Husada.
Budy bergabung dengan Perseroan di tahun 2001 dan kemudian diangkat menjadi Direktur yang membawahi bidang
SDM pada tahun 2005.
Gelar Sarjana bidang Agribisnis diperoleh Budy dari Institut Pertanian Bogor IPB – 1993, sedangkan gelar Master di bidang
Human Resources Management diperolehnya dari Griith University, Queensland, Australia 2004. Budy memperoleh
Sertiikat Strategic HR Practices CSHRP dari School of Industrial Labor Relation Cornell University, New York, USA
pada tahun 2011. Budy Purnawanto started his career as a Management

During his HRM career, Budy has worked in several prominent companies, such as PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk, PT Elnusa Tbk, and

terakhir menjabat sebagai Regional Manager. Kemudian Adhi memutuskan untuk bergabung dengan Perseroan pada tahun
1994. Jabatan yang pernah disandang selama perjalanan karirnya di Perseroan antara lain adalah: Sales Operation
Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, GM Process Integrator dan Associate Director Sales
Operation. Adhi diangkat sebagai Direktur Operasi Perseroan pada bulan Mei 2010.
Adhi Bertus Supit obtained his Bachelor degree in Economic from University of Trisakti - Jakarta in 1986.

Menyadari arti penting dan kontribusi Sumber Daya Manusia dalam eksekusi strategi dan pencapaian tujuan bisnis,
maka manajemen Perseroan melakukan berbagai langkah pembenahan di bidang SDM sejak tahun 2005.
Dimulai dengan merekrut dan mengembangkan praktisi SDM yang profesional, kemudian diikuti dengan perancangan dan
eksekusi sistim SDM yang holistis dan terencana.
Eksekusi program-program pengembangan SDM yang telah dilakukan dinilai cukup berhasil, terbukti dengan diraihnya
penghargaan-penghargaan di bidang sumber daya manusia dari pihak eskternal.
Penghargaan yang diraih tersebut merupakan bukti komitmen dan keseriusan Perseroan dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya
