The loans bear interest at annual rates of 7.00 in 2014 and 2013 for the loan in US and 10.50 and 11.50 in 2014 and 2013, respectively, for the loan in rupiah. SCS SCS Pada 19 Juli 2013, SCS mendapatkan fasilitas Pinjaman Tetap Installment PTI dari ICBC dengan maksimum pinjaman sebesar Rp60.000.000.000. Periode pinjaman adalah 60 bulan termasuk grace period 12 bulan dimulai dari 19 Juli 2013 hingga 19 Juli 2018, dimana angsuran pokok dibayar setiap 3 bulan. Saldo pinjaman pada tanggal 31 Desember 2014 dan 2013 masing-masing sebesar Rp46.736.034.156 dan Rp21.675.889.029. On July 19, 2013, SCS obtained fixed installment loans PTI from ICBC with maximum amount of Rp60,000,000,000. The loan period is 60 months including grace period 12 months commencing from July 19, 2013 to July 19, 2018, and the principal payment is payable in quarterly installments. The outstanding loan balance as of December 31, 2014 and 2013 amounted to Rp46,736,034,151 and Rp21,675,889,029, respectively. Pinjaman tersebut dijamin dengan sebidang tanah hak guna bangunan seluas 1.424 m2 yang terletak di Kelurahan Embong Kaliasin, Kecamatan Genteng, Surabaya, tanah seluas 3,297 m2 dan bangunan diatasnya yang terletak di Jalan Kedoya, Blok A-8, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat dan piutang usaha dari penyewaan ruang gedung MNC Tower, Surabaya Catatan 14. The loan are collateralized by a land with total area of 1,424 m2 located in Embong Kaliasin, Genteng, Surabaya, land with total area of 3,297 m2 and the building thereon located in Jalan Kedoya, Block A-8, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta and the receivable arising from rental of building in MNC Tower, Surabaya Note 14. Pinjaman ini dikenakan tingkat suku bunga efektif per tahun sebesar 11,00 - 12,50 pada 2014 dan 11,00 pada tahun 2013. The loan bears interest at annual rates of 11.00 - 12.50 in 2014 and 11.00 in 2013, respectively. Utang Sindikasi Syndicated Loan Perusahaan The Company Pada tanggal 16 September 2011, Perusahaan menandatangani perjanjian pinjaman sindikasi dengan PT Bank Jawa Barat BJB, PT Bank Pembanguan Daerah Sumatera Utara Bank Sumut dan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua Bank Papua, yang dikoordinasi oleh BJB, dimana Perusahaan mendapatkan fasilitas Pinjaman Tetap Installment dengan maksimum pinjaman sebesar Rp150.000.000.000.
