5.1.2. Pengolahan Data Kuesioner Kriteria Kompetensi Spencer

Setelah dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner, maka dilakukan rekapitulasi terhadap semua jawaban responden. Setelah itu akan ditentukan nilai korelasi tiap- tiap kriteria kompetensi karyawan dengan uji korelasi product moment. Data awal hasil kuesioner kriteria kompetensi Spencer untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat pada Tabel 5.2. Sedangkan contoh perhitungan untuk pengujian nilai korelasi kriteria achievement and order X1 terhadap kompetensi karyawan dapat dilihat pada Tabel 5.3 Tabel 5.2.
