The researcher also conducted consultations to the experts of EFH and the first consultant in order to find appropriate statements to be attached in the questionnaire. In constructing the questionnaire, the researcher took some references related to criteria of the good materials and the aspects of evaluating the materials. The outline of the second questionnaire is shown in Table 3 below. The researcher distributed the questionnaire to parents of L1A children in the end of the program. After getting back the questionnaire, the researcher analyzed the result.

c. Third questionnaire

This questionnaire also used the same techniques with the two other questionnaires to get the validity of the data. The outline of the third questionnaire is shown in the Table 4 below. There were five possible points from the content expert based on Likert Scale, i.e. Strongly Agree for 5 points, Agree for 4 points, Neither Agree nor Disagree for 3 points, Disagree for 2 points, and Strongly Disagree for 1 point.
