The researcher also contacted one of the writers of Pulsa tabloid to obtain the verification for the reasons for code-switching that is most frequently used in
the feature article of Pulsa tabloid edition 163. By doing so, it helped the researcher to analyse the possible reasons. For example, one of the writers of
Pulsa tabloid verified that the English words used in the tabloid were familiar to
the readers.
F. Research Procedures
In conducting the study, there were six main steps that the researcher had done. They were:

The purpose of the first step was to find one of the articles in Pulsa tabloid edition 163 which had the biggest number of occurrence of code-switching cases.
