In general, this study aim stoex plain the influence of leader ship style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance in Public Company Pawn shop Branch Off ice in the Kupang City. The study was conducted using a questionnaire that was sent to 92 employees at Public Company Pawn shops Branch Off ice in the Kupang City. The data collectedwere analyzed using SPSS version 16. The result ofthe analysis shows that the leadership style and organizational culture significantly affect the performance of employees. While the motivation to work, although not optimally implemented, but also significantly affect the performance of the employees at the Public Company Pawn shop Branch Off ice in the Kupang City, because it was developed by means of creating an atmosphere of dialogue in a variety of containers.
