Untuk periode tiga bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2017 dan 2016, beban penyusutan
masing-masing sebesar

dalam laba rugi. For the three month periode ended March 31, 2017
and 2016, depreciation expenses amounting to Rp116,
respectively, were charged to “general and administrative expenses” in profit or loss.
Nilai wajar properti investasi pada tanggal 31 Maret 2017 dan 31 Desember 2016 dihitung berdasarkan
Nilai Jual Objek Pajak “NJOP” masing-masing sebesar Rp360.353.
The fair value of investment properties as March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016 are calculated based on
tax able sale value “NJOP” amounting to Rp360,353,
respectively. Penghasilan sewa dari properti investasi untuk
tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2017 dan 2016 masing-masing sebesar Rp3.241 dan
AS291.053 dan Rp7.995 dan ASNihil. Rental income from investment properties for the
years ended March 31, 2017 and 2016 amounted to Rp3,241 and US291,053 and Rp7.995 and USNil,
respectively.
Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2017 dan 31 Desember 2016,
beberapa properti
investasi telah
diasuransikan untuk semua risiko dengan nilai pertanggungan masing-masing sebesar Rp29.487
dan Rp29.239. Manajemen berkeyakinan bahwa jumlah asuransi tersebut telah memadai untuk
menutup kerugian yang mungkin timbul. As of March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016, certain
investment properties were covered by insurance against all risks at a total coverage amounting to
Rp29,487 and Rp29,239, respectively. Management believes that the insurance coverage is adequate to
cover possible losses.
Berdasarkan penelaahan manajemen Grup, tidak terdapat
kejadian-kejadian atau
perubahan- perubahan keadaan yang mengindikasikan adanya
penurunan nilai properti investasi pada tanggal 31 Maret 2017 dan 31 Desember 2016.
Base d on the review of the Group’s management,
there were no events or changes in circumstances which indicate impairment in the value of investment
properties as of March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016.

untuk membiayai keperluan Perusahaan yang terdiri
dari pinjaman tetap on-demand “PTD”, LC,
SKBDN, TR dan BG dengan batas maksimum gabungan sebesar AS20.000.000.
Based on a credit agreement dated October 21, 2015, the Company obtained Uncommitted
Ombinus facilities to finance the Co mpany’s
expenditure consisting of on-demand fixed loan “PTD”, LC, SKBDN, TR and BG with a maximum
combined limit of US20,000,000.
Pada tanggal 21 September 2016 dilakukan perpanjangan dan penambahan PT Elnusa
Trans Samudera sebagai Co Borrower dengan maksimal penarikan sebesar AS5.000.000.
As of September 21, 2016, the facilities have been extended and amended with PT Elnusa Trans
Samudera as Co-Borrower with maximum amount of US5,000,000.
Fasilitas PTD dikenakan bunga sebesar biaya pendanaan ICBC ditambah marjin tertentu per
tahun untuk penarikan dalam Dolar AS dan sebesar suku bunga tetap tertentu per tahun
untuk penarikan dalam Rupiah, sementara fasilitas UPASUFAM dan TR dikenakan bunga
sebesar biaya pendanaan ICBC ditambah marjin tertentu per tahun. Fasilitas ini akan jatuh
tempo dalam waktu 12 dua belas bulan sejak tanggal perjanjian.
The PTD facility bears interest at the rate of cost of fund of ICBC plus certain margin per annum for
withdrawal in US Dollar and at certain fixed rate per annum for withdrawal in Rupiah, while the
UPASUFAM and TR facilities bear interest at the rate of cost of fund of ICBC plus certain margin
per annum. These facilities will mature in 12 twelve months since the date of agreement.
Fasilitas ini mensyaratkan Perusahaan untuk, antara lain, memelihara rasio total utang
terhadap EBITDA maksimal sebesar 4 kali. Fasilitas
ini diberikan
tanpa jaminan
clean-basis. These facilities require the Company, among
others, to maintain the maximum total debt to EBITDA ratio at 4 times. These facilities are
provided on a clean-basis.
Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2017 dan 31 Desember 2016, saldo terutang fasilitas pinjaman ini
sebesar AS4.900.000 dan AS19.900.000 masing-masing setara dengan Rp65.273 dan
Rp267.376. As of March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016,
the outstanding balance of these loan facilities amounted to US4,900,000 and US19,900,000
equivalent to Rp65,273 and Rp267,376, respectively.
