Direktur Utama Holding PTPN III Persero Ellia Massa Manik berkunjung ke PTPN V, Rabu 29062016. Kedatangan per-
dana orang nomer satu di BUMN Perkebunan tersebut ke PTPN V bak oase di padang pasir. Memang hingga pertengahan ta-
hun 2016, PTPN V mengalami kondisi yang tidak menguntung- kan yang berdampak pada posisi laba yang negatif.
Massa Manik yang terkenal dengan reputasinya yang mampu membantu perusahaan-perusahaan untuk membalik-
kan keadaan dalam kondisi sulit, seperti Kertas Letjes, BNI 46, dan beberapa perusahaan lainnya, memberi pesan-pesan insan
PTPN V, agar melakukan turn around, berbalik arah, dari ket- erpurukan menuju kejayaan bersama-sama. Berikut 10 pesan

President Director of Holding PTPN III Persero Ellia Massa Manik visited PTPN V, Wednesday 29062016. The irst arrival
of the number one person in the state-owned plantation to PTPN V lika an oases in the desert. Indeed until mid-2016,
PTPN V experienced an unfavorable condition that impacted the negative proit position.
The famous Massa Manik whose reputation is capable of helping companies to turn things around in dificult circum-
stances, such as Letjes Paper, BNI 46, and several other com- panies, gives PTPN V’s human messages, to turn around, to

itan dan keluarnya Kita dari commodity trap. lets do it 9. Bijaklah berinvestasi. Kesalahan tidak hanya berdampak
pada kehilangan dana, tetapi dapat menjadi sumber mala- petaka yang berkepanjangan.

Finalisasi Scoring GCG PTPN V Tahun 2015
Pencapaian skor self assessment implementasi GCG Perse- roan untuk tahun buku 2015 adalah 91,607 atau meningkat
1,544 poin dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal tersebut terung- kap saat inalisasi scoring GCG Perseroan, Jumat 30062016.
Disamping skor sangat baik, masih terdapat beberapa re- komendasi yang harus ditindaklanjuti oleh Manajemen dan
segenap insan PTPN V.
“Tercatat ada 17 rekomendasi yang harus ditingkatkan in- san Perseroan terhadap pelaksanaan GCG Perseroan. Untuk itu
kami berpesan agar pemantauan penerapan GCG yang telah dilaksanakan secara berkala, dapat dilaksanakan dengan se-
baik-baiknya demi peningkatan kinerja dan optimalisasi prin- sip-prinsip GCG yang bermuara pada keberlangsungan Perse-
roan tentunya”, sebut Direktur Komersil sekaligus penanggung jawab GCG Perseroan, Mohammad Yudayat.
Evaluasi MandiriGood Corporate Governance GCG Tahun Buku 2015 didampingi oleh Konsultan GCG Independen ber-
dasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kantor Kementerian Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara BUMN, yaitu Surat Keputu-
san Sekretaris Kementerian BUMN Nomor SK-16S.MBU2012 tanggal 6 Juni 2012 tentang Indikator Parameter Penilaian dan
Evaluasi Atas Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik Good CorporateGovernance pada 6 Aspek Penilaian, 43 Indikator, 153
Parameter dan 572 Faktor yang di uji kedalamannya. 1. The most decisive factor for the Company’s resurgence from

Finalization of GCG Scoring of PTPN V Year 2015
The achievement of self assessment score of GCG imple- mentation of the Company for year 2015 is 91.607 or an in-
crease of 1.544 points with very good category. This was re- vealed during the inalization of GCG scoring of the Company,
Friday 30062016. Besides the excellent score, there are still some recommendations that must be followed up by the Man-
agement and all PTPN V people.
“There are 17 recommendations that should be upgraded to the Company’s GCG implementation. To that end we advise
that the monitoring of the implementation of GCG that has been implemented on a regular basis, can be implemented as
well as possible for the improvement of performance and opti- mization of GCG principles that lead to the sustainability of the
Company of course “, said Commercial Director and responsi- ble GCG Company, Mohammad Yudayat.
The GCG of the Year 2015 was accompanied by an Inde- pendent GCG Consultant based on the criteria established by
the State Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises SOEs, namely the Decree of the Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs Number SK-
