Halal Bi Halal dan Penyerahan Penghargaan Kinerja Terbaik
PTPN V menggelar empat kegiatan dalam satu perhelatan Halal Bi Halal dan Family Gathering PTPN V yang berlangsung di
Gedung Dang Merdu Kantor Pusat PTPN V jalan Rambutan No 43 Pekanbaru 21072016. Di momen yang sama, Perseroan
juga menaja acara Pemberian Penghargaan Kinerja Terbaik 2015 serta acara Pengantar Purna Tugas Direktur SDMUmum
Syamsul Rizal Lubis dan beberapa petinggi Perusahaan yang telah memasuki masa purna bakti.
Direktur Utama PTPN V Berlino Mahendra Santosa, menya- takan bahwa beragam tema acara yang dilaksanakan terutama
terkait penyelenggaraan Halal Bihalal sekaligus family gath- ering, adalah guna menjalin ukhuwah dan silaturrahim serta
untuk berkumpul bersama bermaaf-maafan. Ia menilai, banyak hikmah yang dapat diambil setelah berakhirnya Ramadhan.
“Dengan berakhirnya Ramadhan, besar harapan kami, kita dapat terus mengimplementasikan hikmah Ramadhan terse-
but selama 11 bulan selanjutnya secara istiqamahkonsisten, baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, hidup berkeluarga, bermas-
yarakat, juga termasuk di dalam pekerjaan kita sebagai Insan Perusahaan, dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai jabatan
yang sudah diamanahkan kepada kita semua”, ucapnya. July 21, 2016
Halal Bi Halal and Best Performance Award
PTPN V held several activities in one time, Halal Bi Halal event and Family Gathering PTPN V which took place at Dang
Merdu Building Head Ofice PTPN V Rambutan 43, Pekanbaru 21072016. At the same moment, the Company also spon-
sored the Best Performance Award 2015 and farewell ceremo- ny of HRAffairs Director, Syamsul Rizal Lubis and several of the
Company’s top oficers who have entered the service period.
President Director of PTPN V Berlino Mahendra Santosa, stated that the various theme of the event, especially related to
the implementation of Halal Bihalal as well as family gathering, is to establish ukhuwah and silaturrahim and to gather togeth-
er with forgiveness. He considered, a lot of wisdom that can be taken after the end of Ramadan.
“With the end of Ramadan, our hope is that we can con- tinue to implement the lessons of Ramadan for the next 11
months in a consistent manner, both in our daily life, in our family life, in our society, as well as in our work as Company
Insiders, with our duties and Responsibilities according to the position that has been mandated to us all “, he said.

Berlino also expressed his gratitude to Syamsul Rizal Lubis who has ended his term as director of HRAffairs at PTPN V
commencing from July 15, 2016, and to two former Top Man- ager of companies namely Fery Tambunan and Edhi Muchlis,
who have retired.
“Our thanks and greatest appreciation for all the services and contributions of the staff and thoughts that have been giv-
en to the progress of PTPN V during his tenure in the Compa- ny”, tell Berlino.
Furthermore, in awarding the best performance to the Company’s People, Work Unit and Business Unit with the best
achievement in 2015, there are at least 20 work units, 15 har- vester and foreman, which got the best performance title in
2016 .
“Make this award as booster in maintaining, even further improving performance. And for others who have not been
able to this year, to be a trigger not to be outdone to be the best “, he added.
Berlino juga menyampaikan ungkapan terimakasihnya ke- pada Syamsul Rizal Lubis yang telah berakhir masa tugasnya
sebagai direktur SDMUmum di PTPN V terhitung mulai tanggal 15 Juli 2016, serta kepada dua mantan petinggi Perusahaan
yakni Fery Tambunan dan Edhi Muchlis yang telah memasuki masa pensiun.
“Terimakasih Kami dan penghargaan sebesar-besarnya atas segala jasa dan sumbangan tenaga serta pemikiran yang
telah diberikan untuk kemajuan PTPN V selama menjabat di Perusahaan”, sebut Berlino.
Selanjutnya dalam pemberian penghargaan kinerja terbaik kepada Insan Perusahaan, Unit Kerja, Unit Usaha serta Unit
Bisnis dengan pencapaian prestasi terbaik di tahun 2015, se- dikitnya ada 20 unit kerja, 15 pemanen, penderes, mandor,
dan mandor I, yang mendapatkan predikat kinerja terbaik ta- hun 2016.
“Jadikan anugerah kinerja ini sebagai pendorong dan pe- macu dalam mempertahankan, bahkan lebih meningkatkan ki-
nerja masing-masing. Dan bagi yang lainnya yang belum dapat tahun ini, agar dijadikan pemicu untuk tidak mau kalah menja-
di yang terbaik”, imbuhnya.
