di PTPN V
PT Perkebunan Nusantara V berhasil menggelar Kick Off Project Implementasi dan Managed Service ERP – SAP di Ge-
dung Serba Guna PTPN5 Pekanbaru, Jumat 07102016. Ke- giatan tersebut dihadiri juga oleh Direktur HC PTPN III Persero
Seger Budiarjo, Direksi PTPN V beserta jajaran Senior Leader, hingga pihak PT Telkom Persero yang diwakili oleh EVP Telkom
Regional 1 Stanislaus Susatyo bersama jajarannya.
“ERP pada dasarnya merupakan suatu aplikasi yang mengintegrasikan seluruh fungsi di dalam suatu perusahaan
secara end to end. Mulai dari fungsi pengadaan, produksi, dis- tribusi, penjualan, hingga pengelolaan sumber daya manusia,
dapat dikelola dalam satu aplikasi”, ucap Direktur HC PTPN III Persero Seger Budiarjo.
Ia menyebutkan, Project ERP yang akan diterapkan, meng- gunakan SAP. Yakni satu dari beberapa aplikasi ERP yang paling
banyak di gunakan diseluruh dunia. “Dengan 300.000 cus- tomer yang tersebar di 190 Negara, dimana 87 dari perusa-
haan pengguna SAP adalah perusahaan terbaik yang masuk ke Forbes Global 2000, makanya kita juga prefer menggunakan

erti eisiensi, kecepatan pengolahan data, dan efektivitas alur kerja. Itu menjadi kesempatan bagi perusahaan untuk meman-
faatkan waktu, biaya, dan tenaga yang sebelumnya dihabiskan untuk proses administrasi, ke arah pengembangan seperti anal-
isis, pelatihan, maupun R n D. Selain itu, ERP memungkinkan untuk mengiventaris data menjadi lebih rapi dan mempermu-
dah komunikasi antar unit kerja.
Terakhir Seger meminta kepada Direksi dan seluruh tim un- tuk komit dalam menerapkan dan membangun program ERP
SAP. “Sehingga rencana launching pada awal tahun 2017 be-

PT Perkebunan Nusantara V successfully held Kick Off Proj- ect Implementation and Managed Service ERP - SAP in Multi-
purpose Building PTPN V Pekanbaru, Friday 07102016. The event was also attended by Director of HC PTPN III Persero
Seger Budiarjo, PTPN V Directors and Senior Leaders, up to PT Telkom Persero represented by EVP Telkom Regional 1 Stanis-
laus Susatyo with his staff.
“ERP is basically an application that integrates all functions within an enterprise end to end. Starting from the function
of procurement, production, distribution, sales, to human re- sources management, can be managed in one application “,
said Director of HC PTPN III Persero Seger Budiarjo.
He mentioned, the ERP Project to be implemented, using SAP. That is one of the few most widely used ERP applications in
the world. “With 300,000 customers spread across 190 coun- tries, of which 87 of SAP user companies are the best com-
panies that go to Forbes Global 2000, so we also prefer using it”, he said again.
ERP development that has started since 2015 and started the project implementation in October 2016, is a manifestation
of the implementation of the mandate of PTPN III Persero as a Holding BUMN Plantation. And in the implementation PTPN
V implement synergy with PT Telkom in building the program.
“Implementation of SAP ERP solution in PTPN is to make the company as a world-class plantation company”, said Seger.
It is considered fair, with ERP, then a centralized database will provide many advantages such as eficiency, speed of data pro-
cessing, and worklow effectiveness. It becomes an opportunity for companies to take advantage of the time, cost, and energy
spent previously on administrative processes, toward develop- ment such as analysis, training, and R n D. In addition, ERP
