C. Saran
Berdasarkan  temuan  yang  diperoleh  dari hasil  penelitian  ini,  peneliti   ingin memberikan    beberapa  saran  kepada  sekolah.  Hal    ini  bertujuan  untuk
meningkatkan  kualitas  sekolah  khususnya    peningkatan    dalam    proses kegiatan  belajar  mengajar  yang dilaksanakan oleh guru dan siswa. Adapun
saran yang diajukan penulis adalah sebagai berikut: 1.  Sekolah harus terus menjaga dan meningkatkan pelayanan siswa dengan
efektif dan efisien. 2.  Sekolah  terus  meninkatkan  fasilitas  yang  menunjang  terhadap  proses
belajar mengajar. 3.  Sekolah  perlu  memotivasi  para  guru  untuk  terus  meningkatkan
keilmuan,  kemampuan,  keahlian,  pengalaman,  dan  perilaku  yang menjadi figur melalui pelatihan, pengembangan, pemberian kompensasi
yang menarik dan adil, penghargaan, dan pengakuan. 4.  Sekolah  perlu  menjaga  dan  meningkatkan  sistem  pembelajaran  yang
menarik dan kompetitif. 5.  sekolah melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar
6.  Semua  stake  holder  sekolah  mulai  dari  pihak  manajemen,  staf pendidikan,  dan  staf  pengajar  terus  memperhatikan  kebutuhan  dan
keperluan para siswa secara berkesinambungan.
