Pada bulan Maret 2016, Perusahaan dan JCC menyetujui perubahan nilai nominal saham
ICSM yang semula sebesar Rp1.158.000 per saham angka penuh menjadi Rp1.000.000
per saham angka penuh. Dengan demikian jumlah modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh
ICSM yang semula sejumlah 19.500 saham menjadi 22.581 saham.
In March 2016, the Company and JCC agreed to change the par value of shares of ICSM
from Rp1,158,000 per share full amount to Rp1,000,000
per share
full amount.
Accordingly, the issued and fully paid capital of ICSM increased from 19,500 shares to 22,581
shares.

dan disetor

berjumlah Rp22.581 yang terdiri dari 22.581 saham menjadi sejumlah Rp24.700 terdiri dari
24.700 saham. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, Perusahaan dan JCC menyetor sejumlah uang
masing-masing sebesar Rp1.081 dan Rp1.038 ke dalam ICSM.
In March 2016, the Company and JCC agreed to increase the issued and fully paid capital of
ICSM from Rp22,581, which consists of 22,581 shares to Rp24,700, which consists of 24,700
shares. Related to this, the Company and JCC injected cash to ICSM amounting to Rp1,081
and Rp1,038, respectively.

Pendirian Establishment
Pada bulan Desember 2014, Perusahaan dengan
Oji Holdings
Corporation OHC,
sebuah perusahaan yang berkedudukan di Jepang yang sahamnya tercatat di Tokyo
Stock Exchange,
telah mendirikan
perusahaan, bernama IOSP, yang bergerak di bidang pemasaran dan distribusi produk paper
diapers, dengan jumlah modal ditempatkan sebesar Rp8.750, dimana 67,0 saham IOSP
diambil bagian oleh Perusahaan dan sisanya diambil bagian oleh OHC.
In December 2014, the Company and Oji Holdings Corporation OHC, a company
domiciled in Japan and listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange, established a company named
IOSP, which is engaged in marketing and distribution of paper diapers products, with
total issued share capital of Rp8,750, 67.0 of which was subscribed by the Company and
the remaining was subscribed by OHC.
