Pada bulan Agustus 2007 dan Oktober 2007, Perusahaan mengadakan perjanjian
sewa guna usaha dengan AAFI untuk penjualan dan penyewaan kembali mesin
dan peralatan tertentu dengan jumlah nilai penyewaan kembali sebesar
Rp220.272.329.907. Periode sewa guna usaha untuk transaksi tersebut adalah
36
bulan dan Perusahaan memiliki opsi untuk membeli aset sewa guna usaha
tersebut dengan membayar nilai sisa sebesar Rp1.000.000.000 untuk setiap unit
mesin pada akhir periode sewa. In August 2007 and October 2007, the
Company entered into sale-and-leaseback transactions with AAFI for the sale and
leaseback of certain machinery equipment units for a total leaseback value of
Rp220,272,329,907. The lease period is for 36 months and the Company has an option
to purchase the leased assets by payment of the residual value of Rp1,000,000,000 for
each equipment unit at the end of the lease period.
Pada bulan Februari 2008, Perusahaan mengadakan transaksi sewa guna usaha
dengan AAFI untuk alat pengangkutan tertentu dengan jumlah keseluruhan
sebesar US924.369 setara dengan Rp8.366.464.272. Periode sewa guna
usaha untuk transaksi tersebut adalah 36
bulan dan Perusahaan memiliki opsi untuk membeli aset sewa guna usaha
tersebut dengan membayar nilai sisa sebesar US1.000 untuk setiap unit
peralatan pada akhir periode sewa. In February 2008, the Company entered

units for a total amount of US924,369 equivalent to Rp8,366,464,272. The lease
period is for 36 months and the Company has an option to purchase the leased
assets by payment of the residual value of US1,000 for each equipment unit at the

usaha untuk transaksi tersebut adalah 36
bulan dan Perusahaan memiliki opsi untuk membeli aset sewa guna usaha
tersebut dengan membayar nilai sisa sebesar Rp5.000.000 untuk setiap unit
mesin dan Rp10.000.000 untuk setiap unit alat pengangkutan pada akhir periode
