Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2016 dan 31 Desember 2015, Perusahaan memiliki fasilitas pinjaman dari BTMU dengan fasilitas pinjaman maksimum sebesar US220.000.000 yang dapat ditarik dalam bentuk pinjaman modal kerja dengan jumlah maksimum sebesar US120.000.000 danatau utang trust receipts dengan
jumlah maksimum sebesar US220.000.000 As of March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the Company has credit facility from BTMU with maximum credit facility amounting to US220,000,000 which could be drawn down in working capital loan with maximum amount of US120,000,000 andor in trust receipts payable with

Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2016 dan 31 Desember 2015, Perusahaan, SIMP dan IAP memiliki fasilitas pinjaman gabungan dari Citibank dengan fasilitas pinjaman maksimum sebesar US90.000.000. Fasilitas pinjaman gabungan tersebut dapat ditarik oleh Perusahaan dalam bentuk pinjaman modal kerja sebesar US45.000.000
danatau utang trust receipts dengan jumlah maksimum sebesar US45.000.000 danatau oleh IAP dalam bentuk pinjaman modal kerja dengan jumlah maksimum sebesar US10.000.000 dan SIMP sebesar US34.875.000.As of March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the Company, SIMP and IAP have joint credit facility from
Citibank with maximum credit facility amounting to US90,000,000. This joint credit facility could be drawn down by the Company in working capital loan amount of US85,000,000 andor trust receipts payable with maximum amount of US5,000,000 andor by IAP in working capital loan with maximum amount of US10,000,000
and SIMP in working capital loan with maximum amount of US34,875,000 4
Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2016 and 31 Desember 2015, fasilitas pinjaman dari BTMU ini diperoleh ICBP dengan fasilitas pinjaman maksimum sebesar US30.000.000 dan IDLK dengan fasilitas pinjaman maksimum sebesar US30.000.000. Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut dapat ditarik dalam bentuk utang trust receipts danatau pinjaman
modal kerja.As of March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015, this credit facility from BTMU is available to ICBP with maximum credit limit of US30,000,000 and to IDLK with maximum credit limit of US30,000,000. The said credit facility can be withdrawn as trust receipts payable andor working capital loan.
