Transaksi-transaksi dan akun-akun yang signifikan dengan
pihak-pihak berelasi
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Catatan 33ii di atas adalah

with related parties as defined in Note 33ii above are as follows: continued
x. NICI memiliki perjanjian lisensi merek dengan Nestle S.A. dimana NICI mendapatkan lisensi
secara non-exclusive untuk menggunakan merek “Maggi” untuk produk-produk kuliner
yang diproduksi, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, oleh NICI di Indonesia, untuk jangka
waktu yang tidak terbatas selama Nestle S.A. tetap merupakan pemegang saham NICI.
Sebagai kompensasi, NICI dikenakan royalti sebesar persentase tertentu yang disepakati
dari penjualan netonya. x. NICI has a license trademark agreement with
Nestle S.A. whereby NICI was granted with a non-exclusive
license for
the “Maggi”
trademark for culinary products produced directly or indirectly by NICI in Indonesia, for
an indefinite term as long as Nestle S.A. is a shareholder of NICI. As compensation, NICI is
charged with royalty fee at a certain agreed percentage of its net sales.
y. Kelompok Usaha mempunyai polis asuransi yang diperoleh dari ACA dan yang diperoleh
melalui perantaraan IBU meliputi asuransi untuk persediaan, tanaman perkebunan, aset
tetap, dan kargo laut dengan nilai keseluruhan pertanggungan
asuransi pada
tanggal 31 Maret 2016 sebesar Rp47.207.105
31 Desember
2015: Rp47.244.439.
Kelompok Usaha juga mempunyai polis asuransi jiwa yang diperoleh dari CAR.
Beban asuransi yang terkait untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Maret 2016
sebesar Rp30.918 31 Maret 2015: Rp25.757. Beban asuransi disajikan sebagai bagian dari
“Beban Pokok Penjualan, Beban Penjualan dan Distribusi dan Beban Umum dan
Administrasi” pada laporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lain konsolidasian.
Di lain pihak, saldo yang belum diamortisasi sehubungan dengan premi asuransi dibayar di
muka pada tanggal 31 Maret 2016 sebesar Rp39.266 31 Desember 2015: Rp29.978,
disajikan sebagai bagian dari “Biaya Dibayar Di Muka dan Aset Lancar Lainnya” pada
laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian. y. The Group has insurance policies obtained
om ACA and from the assistance of IBU covering portions of its inventories, plantations,
fixed assets and marine cargo with combined insurance coverage as of March 31, 2016 of
Rp47,207,105 December
31, 2015:
Rp47,244,439. The Group also has life insurance policies obtained from CAR.
The related insurance expense incurred for the period ended March 31, 2016 amounted to
Rp30,918 March 31, 2015: Rp25,757. The insurance expense is presented as part of
“Cost of Goods Sold, Selling and Distribution Expenses and General and Administrative
Expenses” in the consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income.
On the other hand, the unamortized balance of the related prepaid insurance premiums as of
March 31, 2016 amounting to Rp39,266 December 31, 2015: Rp29,978, is presented
as part of “Prepaid Expenses and Other Current Assets” in the consolidated statement
of financial position.
z. Pada tanggal 3 Maret 2015, seluruh saldo utang kepada IER dikonversi menjadi modal.
z. On March 3, 2015, all of the outstanding balance due to IER was converted into shares
capital.
