future. Figure 19 shows that there were 38.89 of the participants who were motivated to be teacher agreed that the students wanted to help learner to reach better future through teaching. On the other hands, 27.78 of the participants strongly agreed. Meanwhile, 15.28 of the participants strongly disagree, while 12.50 of the participants disagreed with it. However, there were 5.56 of the participants who were neutral.

15. The profession of teacher served a better job security.

It can be seen from Figure 19 that 36.11 of the participants who were motivated to be teacher agreed that the profession of teacher provides a better job security. It was followed by 22.22 of the participants were neutral. Meanwhile, 15.28 of the participants strongly disagreed, while 13.89 of the participants strongly agreed. However, there were 12.50 of the participants who strongly disagreed that the profession of teacher served a better job security.

16. The students could teach well.

As seen in Figure 19, there were 38.89 of the participants who were motivated to be teacher agreed that they could teach well. It was followed by 27.78 of the participants who were neutral or they did not know whether they could teach well. Meanwhile, 20.83 of the participants strongly disagreed, while 6.94 of the participants strongly agreed. It was followed by 26.39 of the participants who agreed that teacher’s job offered a flexible working time. On the other hands, 16.67 of the participants disagreed, while 13.89 of the participants strongly agreed. However, there were 8.33 of the participants who strongly disagreed with the statement that teacher’s job offered a flexible working time.

18. Teacher’s job gave the better future.

As seen in Figure 19, it shows that 41.67 of the participants who were motivated to be teacher were neutral. 26.39 of the participants agreed that teacher’s job gave the better future. Meanwhile, 19.44 of the participants disagreed, whereas 6.94 of the participants strongly agreed. However, there were 5.56 of the participants who strongly disagreed.

19. The profession of teacher offered potential job promotion.
