participants who agree that the profession of teacher served a better job security. On the other hands, 19.23 of the participants disagreed. Meanwhile, the
participants who strongly agreed and strongly disagreed shared the same percentage of 7.69.
16. The students could teach well.
As seen in Figure 27, half 50 of the participants who were not motivated to be teacher were neutral. It was followed by 30.77 of the participants agreed
that they could teach well. On the other hands, 19.23 of the participants disagreed. Meanwhile, none or 0 of the participants strongly agreed or strongly
disagree.
17. Teacher’s job offered a flexible working time.
Figure 27 shows that 38.46 of the participants who were not motivated to be teacher agreed that teacher’s job offered a flexible working time. It was
followed by 34.62 of the participants who neutral. On the other hands, 11.54 of the participants disagreed to the statement that teacher’s job offered a flexible

agreed and disagreed shared the same percentage of 19.23. Meanwhile, 7.69 of the participants strongly disagreed, whereas 3.85 of the participants strongly
agreed.
19. The profession of teacher offered potential job promotion.
It is obviously seen from Figure 27 that there were 46.15 of the participants who were not motivated to be teacher were neutral. 26.92 of the
participants agreed that the profession of teacher offered potential job promotion. On the other hands, 15.38 of the participants disagreed, while 7.69 of the
participants strongly disagreed. Meanwhile, there were 3.85 of the participants who strongly agreed that the profession of teacher offered potential job
promotion.
20. Teacher’s job guaranteed work satisfaction.
