Penurunan sebesar Rp2.387.478 timbul akibat penerbitan 27.187.500 saham SCM
sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan opsi saham oleh karyawan SCM dan SCTV berdasarkan
Opsi Pemilikan Saham Oleh Karyawan OPSK SCM pada tanggal 28 Februari 2003
dan 11 Mei 2003 Catatan 35 dan penjualan 3.479.250 saham SCM pada tanggal 24 Maret
2003. Setelah penerbitan OPSK dan penjualan saham SCM, kepemilikan AM atas ekuitas
SCM mengalami penurunan menjadi 39,42 kepemilikan saham.
• Decrease by Rp2,387,478 due to issuances of
27,187,500 SCM shares in relation to the exercise of stock options by the employees of
SCM and SCTV under SCM’s Employee Stock Option Plan “ESOP” on February 28, 2003
and May 11, 2003 Note 35, and the sale of the 3,479,250 SCM shares on March 24, 2003.
After the issuance of ESOP and the sale of SCM shares, AM’s ownership interest in
SCM’s equity reduced to become 39.42 share ownership.
• Peningkatan sebesar Rp1.663.678,
Rp2.858.970, Rp4.443.740 dan Rp6.971.005 sehubungan dengan OPSK oleh SCM masing-
masing pada tanggal 11 Mei 2004, 11 Mei 2005, 11 Mei 2006 dan 11 Mei 2007 Catatan
35. •
Increase by Rp1,663,678; Rp2,858,970; Rp4,443,740 and Rp6,971,005 in relation to
the issuance of ESOP by SCM on May 11, 2004, May 11, 2005, May 11, 2006 and
May 11, 2007, respectively Note 35.
• Penurunan sebesar Rp3.662.876 sehubungan
dengan penjualan 3,37 kepemilikan pada saham SCM pada bulan Juli 2005.
• Decrease by Rp3,662,876 due to the sale of
3.37 interest in SCM’s shares in July 2005.

dengan peningkatan kepemilikan saham SCM sebesar 8,32 dari transaksi akuisisi Ashmore
Funds tertentu Catatan 1d, setelah dikurangi dengan penerbitan 7.068.500 saham SCM
terkait dengan pelaksanaan opsi karyawan oleh SCM dan SCTV, yang diterbitkan oleh SCM
berdasarkan OPSK SCM, pada tanggal 12 Mei 2008 Catatan 35.
• Penurunan sebesar Rp4.324.936 sehubungan
dengan penerbitan 10.159.880 saham SCM terkait dengan pelaksanaan opsi karyawan oleh
SCM dan SCTV, yang diterbitkan oleh SCM berdasarkan OPSK SCM, pada tanggal 12 Mei
2009 Catatan 35. •
Decrease by Rp2,788,803 due to the increase of ownership in SCM shares representing
8.32 from acquisition transactions from certain Ashmore Funds Note 1d, and the
issuance of 7,068,500 SCM shares in relation to the exercise of stock options by the
employees of SCM and SCTV, which were issued by SCM under the SCM’s ESOP, on
May 12, 2008 Note 35.
• Decrease by Rp4,324,936 due to the issuance
of 10,159,880 SCM shares in relation to the exercise of stock options by the employees of
SCM and SCTV, which were issued by SCM under the SCM’s ESOP, on May 12, 2009
